Requirements: Minimum 83 rating with at least one Team of the Week player

Budget Solution: Use common 83-rated fodder like Ilkay Gündogan, Dejan Kulusevski, or Artem Dovbyk as your base. Complete the requirement with budget TOTW Danny Welbeck (82) to keep costs minimal. Expected cost: 12,000-15,000 coins.

Task 2: Premier League (84 Rated)

Requirements: Minimum 84 rating with one Premier League player

Smart Approach: Romelu Lukaku (84), Jordan Pickford (84), and Sergej Milinković-Savić (84) provide solid ratings. Add budget 83s like Gündogan to round out the squad. Expected cost: 18,000-22,000 coins.

Task 3: 85-Rated Squad + TOTW

Requirements: Minimum 85 rating with TOTW inclusion

Optimal Solution: Stack 85-rated cards like Alexandra Popp, Vivianne Miedema, Granit Xhaka, and Kim Little. Use budget TOTW Schrader (84) to satisfy special requirements without breaking the bank. Expected cost: 35,000-42,000 coins.

Task 4: 86-Rated Squad

Requirements: Minimum 86 rating

Cost-Efficient Build: Leverage high-rated cards like Marie Katoto (88) and Irene Paredes (88) as anchors, then fill with cheaper 84s like Isco, Ruben Neves, and Manuel Locatelli. Expected cost: 55,000-65,000 coins.

Task 5: 86-Rated Squad + TOTW

Requirements: Minimum 86 rating with TOTW player

Final Push: Mirror Task 4’s structure but include budget TOTW Mateta (84). This keeps costs manageable while meeting the special card requirement. Expected cost: 60,000-70,000 coins.

Why Park Ji-Sung Dominates the Meta

This Ultimate Scream card offers remarkable value proposition that punches well above its 225K price tag:

Positional Flexibility transforms your tactical options. Deploy him as a box-to-box CM, creative CAM, or dynamic wing player without chemistry penalties. This versatility alone justifies the investment.

Pinged Pass+ PlayStyle elevates his distribution capabilities, making him perfect for possession-based systems and rapid counter-attacks. Combined with Incisive Pass and Intercept, he controls midfield battles both offensively and defensively.

Premier League Links provide maximum squad-building flexibility. Perfect strong links to Manchester United legends and English players simplify hybrid squad construction.

Investment Analysis: Is This SBC Worth It?

At 225,000 coins, Park Ji-Sung represents exceptional value compared to tradeable Premier League Heroes that typically cost 300K-400K. The SBC becomes even more attractive if you have untradeable fodder stockpiled.

Complete this SBC if: You run Premier League squads, need versatile midfielders, or want a reliable box-to-box player with elite passing stats.

Skip this SBC if: You’re saving coins for upcoming Team of the Year promotions or don’t need another midfielder.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can Park Ji-Sung play effectively in multiple formations?

Absolutely. His 87 rating combined with balanced stats makes him exceptional across 4-3-3, 4-2-3-1, and 4-1-2-1-2 formations. In 4-3-3, he excels as a left CM with his stamina and work rates. In 4-2-3-1, his Pinged Pass+ PlayStyle shines at CAM, threading through balls to strikers. His defensive stats allow him to function as a CDM in two-striker formations. This flexibility means one card serves multiple tactical needs, maximizing your 225K investment.

How does Park Ji-Sung compare to other Premier League midfield options around this price?

Park Ji-Sung offers superior value compared to tradeable alternatives. Similar-rated Premier League midfielders like IF Bruno Fernandes cost 350K+ on the transfer market without guaranteed longevity. Park’s Hero chemistry boost ensures he fits any squad configuration perfectly. His Intercept PlayStyle provides defensive reliability that many attacking midfielders lack, making him more complete than comparably-priced options. The only downside? You can’t sell him later, so commit only if you plan extended usage.
