Arsenal were able to earn a 3-2 win in their most recent game against Bournemouth, after conceding the second fastest goal in the Premier League. Only nine seconds after kick off, the league leaders were behind courtesy of a strike from Philip Billing.

Almost a quarter into the second half, Bournemouth had doubled their lead with Marcos Senesi adding to their advantage. But, they could not hold on to their two-goal lead and slipped up as Arsenal won the game with the last kick of the ball.

Can Arsenal win the Premier League title this year?

One of the key traits of any title winning team is the ability to turn losses and draws into wins. And this season, Arsenal have been doing just that with their performances.

The intensity and desire that they are showing on the pitch is second to none. And with such a motivated young team, they currently stand five points clear at the top of the table.

Not only do Arsenal have a set of starting players who are performing remarkably well, but they also have names who can come off the bench and make a difference. One of them was Reiss Nelson, who scored the match-winning goal for the North London side against Bournemouth.

Mikel Arteta’s side still have to play Manchester City, Chelsea and Liverpool en route to the end of the season. And with the kind of will they have displayed on the pitch, this might just be the year that they clinch the title.

It won’t be easy, though, since Manchester City are only five points behind, and back to their winning ways.
