Realme’s AIoT sub-brand DIZO introduced a couple of new wireless earbuds last week, now the brand is teasing their next product, an entry-level mobile phone.
DIZO had shared a poster on its official Twitter handle, two days ago that featured this phone in the background, the issue however was not much was visible except for the circular rear camera that was a prominent feature of this device.
Now, we have a better look at the new DIZO Star 500. The device will come with a 2.8″ display with a 0.3MP rear camera with a flash. The DIZO Star 500 will also carry support for 5 local languages and will support two sim cards with 2G capabilities.
The DIZO Star 500 will also have an in-built FM Radio and music player and will come with a strip torch in addition to the rear flash. It weighs 108g and is 12mm in thickness. It has Bluetooth connectivity and comes with the standard 3.5mm headphone jack.
Aesthetically the device appears to have a metallic matte finish on the rear, it sports the brand’s name across the device vertically. The rear camera gives it a different look from most entry-level devices in the market. It has a 1900mAh battery and has support for 1000 contacts and 200 messages at a time, without any SD card.
The DIZO Star 500 will retail for 1799 INR.
