The Seventh Week Holds Steady

Ranveer Singh’s action-packed spy thriller collected an impressive ₹1.15 crore on its seventh Monday, showing remarkable resilience for a film in its final theatrical legs. According to Pinkvilla, the film witnessed only a 30% drop from the previous Friday, which indicates sustained audience interest even after six weeks of release.

The Aditya Dhar directorial has accumulated ₹8.65 crore in just four days of its seventh week and is projected to wrap up the week around ₹11 crore. Currently standing at ₹777.15 crore, the film is set to breach the ₹780 crore milestone within days.

What Makes This Run Special?

Dhurandhar is on track to become the first Bollywood film since Dangal to cross 3.50 crore footfalls for the Hindi version alone. The spy action drama featuring Akshaye Khanna, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal, R Madhavan, and Sara Arjun has captivated audiences nationwide with its gripping storyline and stellar performances.

Border 2 Challenge Ahead

The film’s biggest test arrives this weekend with Sunny Deol’s highly-anticipated military drama Border 2 hitting theaters. Industry experts predict this release could significantly impact Dhurandhar’s screen count and collections. However, if the Ranveer Singh starrer maintains momentum, it could add another couple of crores before wrapping up its theatrical journey between ₹785-790 crore net.
