Dhanush has reportedly been filming crucial scenes alongside Malayalam megastar Mammootty in Chennai. A grand village sequence featuring a traditional festival setup has already been canned. Currently, both legends are shooting together as part of an ongoing schedule — and honestly, the idea of these two sharing screen space has fans buzzing.

Once this schedule wraps, Dhanush is expected to move to a song sequence featuring Sreeleela, which should be a visual treat in itself. Composer Sai Abhyankkar has reportedly already completed two tracks for the film.
