The 19-year-old is two-footed and has dazzled Ligue 1 during his time with the Rennes senior team. As things stand, Bayern Munich have had their opening offer rejected while PSG are also planning to enter the race.
Premier League clubs Manchester United, Arsenal and Tottenham have also been linked with his signature, but the player is yet to decide where he will play next.
The youngster is valued at €30 million, and Rennes will surely sell him for more than that given he has two years left on his contract, which was extended last summer.
