Why This Matters
Brown’s Langdon novels have already generated over $1.46 billion at the box office through The Da Vinci Code and its film sequels. Turning the sixth book into a full series gives Netflix room to explore the story’s depth far beyond a two-hour runtime — a smart bet for long-term streaming engagement.
