A new teaser highlights the rear camera module of the upcoming device. The Phone 2 Pro will also come with a triple rear camera setup, including the telephoto and ultra-wide sensor, which is an upgrade from the dual-camera setup on the CMF Phone 1. Furthermore, the device will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Pro chipset.

CMF Phone 2 Pro Camera Teased Ahead of Launch; Will Include Telephoto and Ultra-Wide Lenses

A short teaser that Nothing posted on X (formerly Twitter) highlights the camera array of the CMF Phone 2 Pro. This price-conscious mobile will feature a 50MP primary sensor (1/1.57-inch), a 50MP telephoto lens (2x optical zoom), and an 8MP ultra-wide camera (FOV 119.5°). For comparison, the CMF Phone 1 had a 50MP Sony main sensor and a portrait lens.

The Phone 2 Pro is equipped with a MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Pro chip, which is claimed to offer 10% more CPU performance and 5% better graphics compared to the previous version. Inside, the chipset includes a sixth-gen NPU capable of up to 4.8 TOPS AI processing performance. It is speculated that it is a more optimized version of the Dimensity 7300 that was featured on the first CMF Phone.

Gaming performance is another aspect where the device is making waves, boasting 120fps gaming support for titles including BGMI and a 1,000Hz touch sampling rate. The phone has been teased to come with a sleek, lightweight design. In addition to the CMF Phone 2 Pro, Nothing will also introduce the CMF Buds 2, Buds 2a, and Buds 2 Plus on April 28. Notably, the handset will ship with a charger and a transparent protective back cover included in the box, as confirmed by Nothing’s co-founder and India President, Akis Evangelidis.
