Under the hood, it includes MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC coupled with up to 8GB of RAM and an added-on virtual memory capability supporting further extension up to 8GB. Storage is expandable to 128GB using a microSD card slot on the phone.
Running on Nothing OS 2.6, the CMF Phone 1 is notable for its lack of bloatware. It has a dual-camera system with a 50MP primary sensor and a depth sensor, along with a 16MP front camera.
