Every week the Circle Chart tells us what K-pop fans are really playing, buying and talking about. This week’s results are packed with big moves. RESCENE walked away with a double crown, aespa’s Winter debuted at the top of the download chart, and Young Tak opened at No. 1 on the album chart. Here is the full breakdown.

Circle Chart: Overall Digital and Streaming Charts

RESCENE’s smash hit “LOVE ATTACK” climbed back to No. 1 on the overall digital chart and held on to the top spot on streaming, earning a double crown. The biggest surprise was i-dle’s Soyeon, whose “I’m gonna TOESA” jumped an impressive 64 ranks to No. 2 on the digital chart. The same five songs filled the top five on both charts, just in a different order.

Circle Chart

On the album side, Young Tak’s new album “GOGO” debuted at No. 1, and his title track also entered the download chart at No. 5. CORTIS then claimed the next two spots with their EP “GREENGREEN” and its extended edition.

What the Charts Tell Us?

Three trends stand out. First, RESCENE is having a breakout moment, since a double crown shows both listeners and streaming audiences are on their side. Second, solo projects are thriving, with aespa’s members and Soyeon all making big entrances. Third, CORTIS keeps its grip across streaming and album sales, a sign of strong fan loyalty.
