Rakul Preet Singh appears in a new social comedy-drama film, ‘ Chhatriwali’. Currently, the trailer of the film has been released. This is a unique film, in which Rakul Preet will be seen as a solo lead. In this film, Rakul Preet comes to distribute a social message to teenagers. The new trailer unveils that the actress who is a teacher of sex education takes the responsibility to teach people to do safe sex with the requirement of contraceptives. She promotes the exact addition of sex education to the curriculum at her school. As usual, she has to face many obstacles to close the taboo on the healthy discussion about sex education.

In an interview with IANS, the actress exposed that social comedy is really a valuable film for her and expressed her excitement about the leading in the film. She stated,” For me, every film of mine has been special but ‘Chhatriwali’ is extra special for many reasons. After so many tears in the industry, I am finally getting to headline a film and what better than an entertaining film with a thought-provoking social message.”
