Pokémon Trainers, gear up for a thrilling experience this February! Eighteen cities across India are hosting virtual meetups for trainers. From New Delhi’s Lodhi Gardens to Visakhapatnam’s All Abilities Children Park, the virtual trainer meetups are set to make waves. But that’s not all – the featured Pokémon, Chansey, will appear more frequently in the wild during the event!
Meet Blissey with Charged Attack Wild Charge
For an added twist, evolve your Chansey during the event or up to five hours afterwards to get a Blissey that knows the Charged Attack Wild Charge. Wild Charge packs a punch with 100 power in Trainer Battles and 90 power in Gyms and raids, making it a valuable addition to your team.
Special Research Story: Chansey Community Day
For just US$1.00, you can access the exclusive Chansey Community Day Special Research story. Keep an eye out for when tickets go live. Remember, you can now purchase and gift tickets to any of your friends that you’ve achieved a Friendship level of Great Friends or higher with. However, keep in mind, that tickets are non-refundable and the Special Research will not include an in-game medal.
Event Bonuses Galore!
The event promises a plethora of bonuses:
- Double Candy for catching Pokémon
- Quarter Hatch Distance for Eggs placed in Incubators during the event
- Double chance for Trainers level 31 and up to receive Candy XL from catching Pokémon
- Three-hour-long Lure Modules and Incense
- Snapshots during Community Day for a surprise!

Bonus Raid Battles after Community Day
Post the three-hour Community Day event, Trainers can participate in special four-star Raid Battles from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. local time (IST in India) on Sunday, February 04, 2024. Victory in these raids will cause more Chansey to appear around the Gym that hosted the raid for 30 minutes!
Four-Star Raid Battles
Chansey will also appear in four-star raids! However, you can only join these raids using Raid Passes and Premium Battle Passes. Remote Raid Passes cannot be used to join these Raid Battles.
Bonus for completing Four-Star Raid Battles
Complete a four-star Raid Battle against Chansey, and an additional Chansey will appear around the Gym that hosted the raid for 30 minutes. If you’re lucky, you may encounter a Shiny one!
