Cyberpunk 2077 has been launched, and the game is making ripples in the gaming community. And the game is already making headlines for various reasons. Before the game’s launch, the developers had to work extremely hard to make the game today. So the game developers had to work overtime to deliver the game on its launch date.

Of course, the game has lots of bugs, but most of them will be solved after releasing the game’s patches. But despite that, the company behind the game has taken up full responsibility for the game. Despite the game having various bugs and performance issues, CD PROJECT RED has declared that its developers will get total bonuses for their work despite how the game will be reviewed.

“We initially had a bonus system that was focused on the game’s ratings and the release date, but after consideration, we believe that measure is not fair under the circumstances. We underestimated the lengths and complexity involved to make this a reality, and still, you did everything you could to deliver an ambitious, special game.”

It was earlier reported that the developer was putting in extra work hours to complete the game. Thus the fact that they were crunching garners them a well-deserved bonus. Cyberpunk 2077 is a multi-platform game and needed lots of work to be done to launch it successfully. The developers were made mandatory to work for six days per week to complete the project.

Thus as it stands, CD PROJECT RED taking up the responsibility for game buginess and giving developers their much deserved bonus is both expected and a nice thing. Speaking about the game, it is already a massive hit with more than 80 million pre-orders and counting.
