Sony PS5 Specs and how will you pre-order?

Sony’s next-gen console PS5 is scheduled to launch in late 2020. With a couple of months remaining, new details on Sony’s console are emerging at a rapid clip. The system will be a black-and-white box with rounded angles and fins on the top. The DualSense Controller will also have the same color theme as black-and-white. The price and release date of PS5 hasn’t been announced yet.

Following that it doesn’t yet have a price or a release date, it’s not possible for now to pre-order a console. However, the stores haven’t stopped offering stopgap solutions.

In July 2020, Amazon PS5 page went live but there is no option to pre-order the console at the point of time. In Gamestop, Best Buy, Target and other retailers, you can sign up for notifications regarding PS5 availability. In the future, we will have more information on the pre-order process as the PS5 launch gets closer, but for this very moment, it will best to sign up for notifications, then check your e-mail frequently.

Cristiano Ronaldo was already knocked out of the competition from the round of 16 as Juventus failed to beat Lyon. Whereas Lionel Messi’s FC Barcelona suffered a humiliating defeat by a ferocious Bayern Munich side by a big margin of 8-2 in the quarter-finals.

The stats of these two GOATs are phenomenal in this competition also. Cristiano Ronaldo is the all-time highest goalscorer of the Champions League. He has scored 130 goals with 40 assists in his 170 games in this competition. He is the only player to win this competition for 5 times [2007-08,2013-14,2015-16,2017-18,2018-19]. He is also the top scorer in a single season in the competition scoring 17 goals in 2013-14 season.

On the other hand, Lionel Messi has scored 115 goals with 33 assists in his 143 games in this tournament winning this competition for 4 times. [2005-06,2008-09,2010-11,2014-15]

The world was shocked with this unknown stat after UEFA Champions League’s official twitter page twitted this one. All the football lovers around the globe are incubus to think that is it the starting of the end of this beautiful journey? The upcoming Honor Hunter gaming laptops to feature LED lightings

Honor’s upcoming Hunter gaming laptop series is being teased by the company heavily for the last couple of days before its official announcement in China. A few days back it unveiled their new logo of the gaming laptop series, then they teased with a unique post that not only confirmed it to be powered by Intel processors but also showed the laptop’s keyboard will be a backlit one with multiple lighting effects.

Now, Gizmochina reports, one of the company executives have also confirmed that the laptop will feature LED lightings for aesthetics and shared some interesting pictures as well. Lao Xiong, one of the VP of Honor did share two pictures of an upcoming Hunter gaming laptop on Weibo with the LEDs turned on (apparently with blue color).

The first image is surely the back of the laptop with the Hunter logo illuminated in blue light, similar to what we see on ROG laptops, then in the second image we see a massive vent at the side of the laptop which is glowing due to LEDs as well.

Most probably, the new Honor Hunter gaming laptop series will be a budget offering like the Redmi G Gaming laptop which lacks any lighting options. As for now, the color seems to be blue only, with the launch, predicted to be next week, we will be able to know the specs and whether or not the lighting effects are RGB and configurable.

Samsung Galaxy S21 might not include ToF sensor

South Korean tech blog TheElec has reported that Samsung might discontinue providing the TOF (Time of Flight) sensor in its upcoming Samsung Galaxy S21 smartphone series. The company has already done it with the recently launched Galaxy Note 20 without the TOF (Time of Flight) sensor.

Time of Flight (TOF) is a feature that propels augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) contents in a 5G environment, as defined by Gizmochina. Moreover, Samsung uses indirect ToF technology which is less powerful than the direct ToF technology used by Apple in their iPhones. Samsung has to drop the idea of discontinuing the feature because Apple’s direct TOF technology is developed by Sony and Apple has an exclusive deal with the later. So it is clear that Samsung can not get the technology from Sony.

Samsung has not totally abandoned the idea of implementing this feature in its future devices. The company’s System LSI business is said to be developing a direct ToF module. This will e similar to Apple’s technology and might again continue to feature in the upcoming Samsung devices.

Samsung will look into the market and will thoroughly study the market and the demand surrounding this feature. It will also study how Apple is implementing this technology in its future devices and thus by studying the market response Samsung will also make its comeback with TOF.

Perfect Play: Chelsea launch an advanced football training app

Chelsea has launched an app ‘Perfect Play‘ on 12th August. The app provides an advanced football training experience to all footballers.

Earlier, LaLiga giants Barcelona released their OTT app ‘Barca TV+‘ to connect with their fans worldwide. Now Premier League side Chelsea has entered into this market. Perfect Play will enable all footballers to experience world-class, personalised coaching for the first time. It combines innovative performance tracking technology with elite academy expertise.

Chelsea released an official statement: “Developed with and used by the Chelsea FC Academy, the app provides access to professional standard, world-class coaching for all. For the first time, footballers of any ability can undertake training designed by the same coaching team behind top Chelsea players including Mason Mount, Tammy Abraham, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Fikayo Tomori, Reece James and Callum Hudson-Odoi.”

Chelsea’s app uses innovative player tracking technology to analyse a player’s performance and create a personal training plan. Perfect Play enables players to learn and improve their game while they play at home.

The app focuses on core areas like technical and mental skills along with physical development and football intelligence. The app also features training games which have been designed to develop player’s abilities like agility, ball mastery, dribbling, focus, passing, receiving, shooting, speed, strength and resilience among many others.

Chelsea Digital Ventures, a digital consumer product business of Chelse, has made this app using industry-leading security protocols. It has been designed to maximise user privacy and protect personal data to the highest possible standard.

Chelsea academy graduate, Mason Mount said: “I grew up dreaming of becoming a professional footballer and joined Chelsea when I was six years old.”

“The training programme the academy created gave me the core physical and mental skills I use every time I play. It’s fantastic that all young footballers can now undertake the same training plan using Perfect Play. And the technology in the app is unbelievable!”

Anyone can start using the app for free which will provide access to a limited number of training games. If you want to have unlimited access to the full programme and masterclass content which enables players to create a personal training plan based on their individual needs, you will have to get Perfect Play Premium which will cost you £9.99 per month.

Perfect Play has now been launched only in the iOS version and is available on the Apple App Store. Chelsea added that they are bringing the Android version very soon.

Ashley Young reveals why he left Manchester United for Inter

Former Manchester United captain Ashley Young joined Inter last season in January. He has experienced a great campaign at Inter, losing the Serie A title to Juventus by just 1 point.

Ashley Young was on the verge of becoming extinct at United but he rightly chose to join Inter and now he’s career is back on track.

Young has now revealed why he left Manchester United and joined Inter last season. He said: “Obviously being in England all my life, it was a totally different change, but it was an experience that I jumped at. It was an opportunity for me to go and play regularly.”

“For me, age is nothing but a number. When the opportunity arose to come to Inter, it was a no-brainer for me. I was like, ‘Get me on the plane, get me out there. Get me signed on the dotted line.’ I was just speaking to the manager and players that were here that I knew as well. It was a fantastic opportunity; a club that’s massive worldwide, one of the biggest teams in world football.”

“And I wanted to be part of what the manager had spoken to me about, and obviously speaking to club officials higher up as well, the owners; it was an opportunity that I couldn’t miss.”

“I don’t think it’s been challenging; I’m one of those people that can adapt to new styles, different ways of life. Like I said, it was going to be a totally new experience for me, and I’ve enjoyed every minute of it.”

“Now I’m playing with a smile on my face, I’m enjoying the way things are going at the club. I think the only thing that I’m missing from back home is probably Mum’s cooking, whereas when I was at Manchester, she used to be able to send me food, so that’s the only difference.”

“But the way of life out in Milan is unbelievable, the people, the food is exceptional. So I’m not complaining!”

Young has regained some of his old form back. He scored 4 goals and provided 4 assists in a total of 18 appearances for Inter in Serie A. He will now hope to lift the Serie A trophy next season as Inter is building a strong team which is very much capable of challenging Juventus.

HTC Wildfire E Lite spotted in Google Play Console, specifications revealed

HTC Wildfire E was launched a few weeks ago and the company is now working on a cheaper version of the device as seen in the Google Play Console. The Console listing suggest the name and seems to be a cheaper version with some toned down version of the previous device.

The phone is spotted with a decent screen HD+ resolution (720 x 1440) with an uncommon 18:9 aspect ratio. The listing also indicates Android 10 support. The phone will come with a screen DPI of 320 which is pretty basic compared to the screen resolution.

The phone will be powered by a MediaTek’s Helio A20 processor which is its quad-core Cortex-A53 CPU. The processor will be paired with a PowerVR GE8300 GPU. The phone will be presented as a type of entry-level smartphone. The exact launch location or date has no been revealed yet.

The phone is spotted with a 2GB RAM which really points towards a basic entry-level smartphone. The Wildfire E was available in Russia but this time the Taiwanese company has listed this device and until now the intel about this phone is limited with us. With Borussia Dortmund ready to offer Jadon Sancho a new contract, it is unlikely he will be joining Manchester United this summer. Although the 20-year old is the top target for United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjær, it looks like he will remain a Bundesliga player for at least one more year. According to The Mirror, Sancho will receive a pay rise and will stay with Dortmund until next summer.

With Sancho most likely out of the picture, let’s have a look at 4 other Man United transfer targets who might join the club during the summer transfer window of 2020.

Moussa Dembele

The Olympique Lyon player is reportedly enjoying interest from both Man United and Arsenal. The striker has been linked with a move to Old Trafford for several years. Last year, when Romelu Lukaku left for Inter Milan, the France international was one of the potential replacements but ultimately Ole Gunnar Solskjær chose to give Marcus Rashford a chance as his number 9. Because of the impressive form of Mason Greenwood, it is getting less likely Dembele will join United this summer, and once again the plans to sign Moussa Dembele seem to have been shelved for another year.

Alex Telles

According to the latest transfer rumors, Man United will attempt to bring Porto defender Alex Telles to Old Trafford during the summer transfer window. The one-time Brazil international scored 13 goals and provided 12 assists in 49 appearances with Porto last season. If he joins United, the defender would serve as an alternative for the left-back position as Luke Shaw was out with an injury the first half of the season and Brandon Williams is still too young to carry the team the whole season.

Sergej Milinkovic-Savic

According to insider reports, a couple of weeks ago, Manchester United have made an approach to sign Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic. Though The Red Devils are not the only Premier League club interested in acquiring the former Genk player, also Chelsea is looking to make a bid for the Serbian international.

It’s not the first time that the 25-year has been linked with a move to Old Trafford, also former United manager Jose Mourinho showed interest in adding the player who was actually born in Spain. Rumors are that Ole Gunnar Solskjær sees the Lazio player as the ideal signing to complement Paul Pogba and Bruno Fernandes in his midfield.

Kalidou Koulibaly

Another former KRC Genk player could be moving to Old Trafford during the summer transfer window of 2020. According to The Telegraph, Napoli is willing to sell the central-defender for around £70million, as they need the money to pay for Lille striker Victor Osimhen. The Senegal international has been linked with a move to Man United and this summer it looks like the transfer will finally materialize.

The Red Devils need to strengthen their backline after it became clear record transfer Harry Maguire can’t be counted on and defensive reinforcements are needed at Old Trafford. Man City are also looking to add a central defender to their squad so we might see a bidding war between the two Manchester clubs this summer.

The Tokyo Olympics was supposed to be held in 2020. But the massive outbreak of COVID-19 has turned the world upside down. The whole world went into lockdown in March. Fortunately, things are looking bright as things are about to return somewhere back to normal.

All the major sporting activities have been postponed. Euro and Copa America have been postponed to 2021. The Tokyo Olympics has also been postponed by a year to 2021.

The new date for the Tokyo Olympics is 23rd July to 8th August 2021. Team India has been already started preparing for the mega event.

INOX Group will be the official sponsor of Team India at the Olympics. They will support the Indian team.

Indian Olympic Association (IOA) secretary general Rajeev Mehta and INOX Group director Siddharth Jain announced on Thursday about the agreement.

According to the PTI, INOX will support the Indian team’s promotions through its entertainment company – INOX Leisure Limited – which owns several cinema complexes in India. It will promote the spirit of “Ek India Team India” among all the Indians so that they will cheer the team at the Olympics.

INOX Group Director, Mr Siddharth Jain said: “INOX Group has always assigned priority to India’s all-round progress. We are honoured and privileged to be able to support India’s Olympic dream through this prestigious association with the Indian Olympic Association. We look forward to the Indian contingent scaling new heights in the next Olympics.”

IOA Secretary General Mr Rajeev Mehta said: “We are happy to announce this partnership with INOX Group which will be beneficial for all our athletes and the organisation. I would like to thank INOX Group and Mr Jain for showing their support for Team India, even under the current circumstances.”

India won one silver and one bronze medal at the Rio 2016 Olympics. The last gold medal for India was won by Abhinav Bindra in the men’s 10-metre air rifle at the 2008 Beijing Olympics.

Team India will hope to win gold medals at the next Olympics to make the entire nation proud.

Official: MS Dhoni announces his retirement from International cricket

Mahendra Singh Dhoni, one of India’s finest captains has announced his retirement from international cricket. He has posted on his Instagram account confirming his decision.

Dhoni had already retired from Test cricket back in 2014. But he continued to play in ODI and T20 matches. In 2017, he stepped down from the Captain of India and played under Virat Kohli’s leadership.

But on Saturday 7:29 pm IST, Dhoni declared that he has retired from International cricket, meaning he won’t play ODI and T20 matches again for India.

MS Dhoni wrote on Instagram: “Thanks a lot for ur love and support throughout.from 1929 hrs consider me as Retired.”

This a sad news for all the Indians as Dhoni has brought home numerous trophies. He has won the 2007 T20 World Cup, 2011 ODI World Cup and the Champions Trophy in 2013. He also took India to the No 1 position in Test cricket.

This will be a huge loss not only for India but for the whole cricketing world.

Although, MS Dhoni will continue to play for Chennai Super Kings in the IPL. The 13th edition of IPL is scheduled to take place in UAE from 19th September. BCCI has decided to take it outside of India due to the Coronavirus pandemic.
