Ming-Chi Kuo claimed that Magsafe would be returning in some form to the new MacBook Pro and also that the Touch Bar will be removed from the new upgraded model. According to sources, Apple is planning to bring back some of the ports which it previously ditched. It includes an HDMI port and an SD card reader in this year’s MacBook Pro series.
If the news is indeed true and Apple is bringing back the ports, then the rumoured SD card reader to MacBook Profits with Mark Gurman’s claims last month.
Apple has plans to release 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro models in 2021. The new models will also feature the new silicon chip from the Cupertino giant. If all these rumours come to fruition, 2021 would mark the biggest upgrade for the MacBook Pro series in five years.

The makers of this film’s journey are not easier as they have to face much legal trouble much before releasing the teaser. Kathiawadi’s adapted son Babuji Rawji has filed a suit against Bhansali, Alia, and Hussain Zaidi. He has claimed the chapter of Zaidi’s book from which the film is adapted which he claimed as false, wrong, and depicts a negative image of his mother, showing her as a sex worker, a mafia queen, and also chasing a brothel in an area had a link with underworld gangsters.
Finally, the court has accepted the arguments and the opinion, fortunately, goes on behalf of the filmmakers and others that the limitation law barred suit since the book was released in 2011 and as the suit was filed nine years later, in December 2020.
Gangubai Kathiawadi: Details
Gangubai Kathiawadi was a woman who had reportedly come to Mumbai from Gujarat with her partner who had betrayed her and also sold her off. After that, she was pushed towards prostitution and went on to massive ties with many underworld dons, and even got ruled over certain portions of Mumbai.
After it, she became the owner of a brothel. She is known to be the champion of the rights of sex workers, saying that anyone has no authority to violate them for their job. She also had worked for women empowerment and orphans in the area of Kamathipura. In S Hussain Zaidi’s book, Mafia Queens of Mumbai has portrayed a chronicled character of her.
The film was scheduled earlier to arrive in theatres on September 11 in 2020 but got delayed due to the coronavirus pandemic situation. The film is produced by Bhansali Productions and Jayantilal Gada’s Pen India Ltd.

The new reports from ET Telecom suggest Jio is planning to set up a data centre in Uttar Pradesh with an investment of about $950 million. Provided the fact that Reliance Jio is booming with data and clients, now planning to bring 5G in India, this type of news makes sense.
It is also said that Jio will be using their own renewable energy plant to power the data center, and whether it uses to keep its own data or open a new service, Mukesh Ambani has his wits to make the correct investmnent.
“This is an important focus area for Reliance Jio,” one of the two people cited above informed the publication.
“For the data centre, a 20-acre plot had been allotted to the company, and the project is to cost approximately Rs 7,000 crore,” Sidharth Nath Singh, who heads the ministries of investment and export, micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) and textile in the UP government, said in a statement in response to a Mint query.
“The centre will consist of six interconnected data centre buildings offering 30,000 racks capacity and 200MW of power. It is expected to generate thousands of job opportunities in IT (information technology) sector,” Singh said in the statement.
“With an aim to take UP to an unprecedented level, the Adityanath government has embarked on a mission to make it a $1 trillion economy by 2024. To achieve this target, the state has identified 5 sectors—infrastructure development, industry, agriculture, urban development and service sectors,” Singh added.
The Indian goverment has been quite aggressive to boost the economy of the country in recent days, at the cost of privatizing the government sectors to big players like Reliance, Adnani group and this move is no surprise to that evolution.
Google Cloud and Intel have joined forces to create integrated solutions for communication service providers to speed up their deployment of 5G and network edge solutions.
The partnership’s main goal is to accelerate the ability of communications service providers to deploy their virtualized RAN (Radio Access Network) and open RAN solutions with next-generation infrastructure and hardware, the two tech giants said on Tuesday.
The partnership will also focus on launching new lab environments to aid communications service providers to innovate for cloud native-based 5G networks and providing an easy and clear channel for communications service providers to give the business applications to the network edge.
According to a report by Economic Times, “India’s telecom sector, in the efforts of enabling policies including more quantum of the spectrum, is set to establish new benchmarks in the next-generation network deployments and service delivery.”
“Communications service providers can adopt cloud-native technologies to harness the potential of 5G both as a connectivity solution and as a business services platform to deliver applications to the network edge,” Shailesh Shukla, Vice President and General Manager of Networking at Google Cloud, said in a statement.
Intel’s journey to help transform the 5G network with a software-defined, agile, and scalable infrastructure takes another important step forward with this collaboration.
Intel and Google’s telco cloud reference architectures and integrated solutions will aid communications service providers to speed up the scalable network and edge deployment as they carry out multi-cloud architectures.
Intel and Google said that this is critical to achieving the full potential of 5G, edge, and AI across a range of industries, including retail, manufacturing, and healthcare.
“The next wave of network transformation is fueled by 5G and is driving a rapid transition to cloud-native technologies,” said Dan Rodriguez, Corporate Vice President and General Manager of the Network Platforms Group at Intel.
“As communications service providers build out their 5G network infrastructure, our efforts with Google and the broader ecosystem will help them deliver agile, scalable solutions for emerging 5G and edge use cases,” he added
Liverpool goalkeeper Alisson Becker’s father Jose Becker was swimming at a dam on his property in southern Brazil. Unfortunately, he drowned while swimming. The accident happened on Wednesday afternoon.
The tragic accident happened around 5 pm yesterday and no foul play has been suspected. The body of Jose Becker was later located that evening nearby. His body was reportedly found around midnight by a friend and employee of the family estate in the city of Bage.
Alisson joined Liverpool in 2018 from Roma and was voted FIFA Best Men’s Goalkeeper in 2019. He won both the Premier League and the Champions League last season with Liverpool. His younger brother Muriel is a goalkeeper for Brazilian side Fluminense. Their father was 57 years old.

The world’s largest chipmaker, Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC), is currently facing the effects of Taiwan entering into an early drought stage as water shortages pile up for its chip production. Along with the latest equipment, materials, research, and facilities, chip fabrication also requires access to water.
As the demand for semiconductors has shot up with the world adjusting to remote working and consumer electronics and enterprise product sales increasing, an ongoing lack of consistent rains in Taiwan has put chipmakers in a frenzy to order water tankers to ramp up production.
Taiwanese Chipmakers Fight Water Problems Amidst Aggressive Chip Production
The lack of an annual typhoon drove down the supply of water available to residents last year, which made officials introduce restrictions to manage the drought, which related to the agricultural and chip sector as well.
Water is an integral part of the process of manufacturing a chip. It is part of a silicon wafer post-fabrication and before it is packaged. As much as four million gallons of pure water is used at chip plants each day, as the raw silicon wafers are polished and made with chemicals before the billions of electrical circuits are imprinted on them through light. The post-treatment water is not suitable for regular use as it consists of these toxic chemicals.
To solve the shortage, TSMC is ordering tankers at the cost of $1,000/truck that contain 20 tons or roughly 53,000 gallons of water. A large amount of water consumption is needed in the chip-making process, which shows why a water tanker shortage that TSMC and other chipmakers’ demand has created in surrounding areas.

Mr. Lai Chien-hsin, Taiwan’s Water Resources Agency’s Director-General, elaborated on the island’s ongoing problems on Wednesday last week. According to him, Taiwan’s Tainan and Chiayi counties on Thursday local time will be placed on an Orange alert, while a similar alert will be placed on the counties of Taichung, Hsinchu, and Miaoli. According to a report by WCCFTECH, “Taiwan’s water shortage alert system uses a Green level to inform people about the possibility of water shortage, a Yellow alert to inform pressure reduction during off-peak hours, an Orange alert to inform the start of the first phase of water rationing, and a Red alert to signal the start of second stage rationing.”
TSMC operates seven facilities in the Hsinchu, three in Tainan and two in Taichung counties. The bulk of these is chip fabrication plants with three of the twelve facilities being advanced backend fabs with each county home to one.

According to data revealed by Taiwan’s Ministry of Economic Affairs (MEA), three of the four water reservoirs that supply water to the Hsinchu county are extremely short on water, with one reservoir that has the responsibility to supply water to Hsinchu, Taoyuan, and Taipei being 54.7% full. Additionally, all three reservoirs supplying to Taichung are below 20% capacity, with the Deji Reservoir being only at 11% of its capacity.
Following directives from the Water Resources Agency, Hsinchu’s industrial users will cut their water use by 11% after an earlier 6% cut and users in Tainan will cut it by 7%. Taiwan’s MEA does not expect the situation to improve until May.

Although the listing says, Renoir, it is safe to assume that these are the refreshed Renoir chips found in the new Ryzen 5 5500U and Ryzen 7 5700U Lucienne APUs. As of now, the new Microsoft Surface Laptop 4 is speculated to make its way in April and these leaks do confirm that.
