Rumours linking Cristiano Ronaldo to a Real Madrid comeback have been in circulation ever since Juventus were knocked out of the Champions League in the Round of 16 by Porto.
Speaking on the heated rumours on the Here We Go podcast, Fabrizio Romano explained that behind the scenes, Cristiano would be ready to join Madrid. However, things could change in the next few months since it is only March and summer is still a few months away.
Madrid are reportedly talking to people close to Ronaldo and his agent, Jorge Mendes wants to be prepared. But as of yet, nothing has been agreed or is ready. Madrid aren’t planning anything yet, to the dismay of many who are hopeful to one day see Ronaldo back at the Spanish capital again.
Juventus have to make a lot of decisions before deciding on Cristiano. Moreover, Real Madrid want something new and it is not like them to sign older players given the policies that they have been adopting in recent years. Juventus Sporting Director, Fabio Paratici said that Ronaldo is to stay, as well as Pirlo.
However, Romano pointed out on the latest episode of the podcast that he said former Juventus manager Maurizio Sarri was to continue with the club despite being knocked out of the Champions League by Lyon last season, and then Sarri was sacked. In all likelihood, he’s protecting the club, Ronaldo and himself.
There is also the issue of Ronaldo’s salary, which is one of the highest in the world, that has to be sorted out if a move to Madrid has to go through. And given the financial situation for the La Liga champions, that could be too much to do at this point even if they are truly interested in bringing CR7 back.

Both the certifications have not revealed any specification or features of this upcoming 5G device but along with the RMX3241 model, another Realme phone with RMX3242 has also appeared in the database of BIS. Qualcomm has been very consistent with its Snapdragon 700 series and as per some recent reports, Qualcomm is about to launch its latest 700 series chipset, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 780G processor which will be based on 5nm architecture results in more power efficiency. Furthermore, it will arrive with some of the big improvements, such as CPU, GPU, AI Engine, ISP, and more.
In terms of power efficiency, the new SD 780G will perform similar to the SD 888 chipset (both based on 5nm). In terms of cores, it is an octa-core processor having two Cortex-A78 cores clocked at 2.4GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores clocked at 1.8GHz. In terms of GPU, it is equipped with the Adreno 642. With Adreno 642, you can enjoy True 10-bit HDR gaming, ultra-smooth gaming, and updateable GPU drivers.
There will be a big upgrade in the camera module as well, as SD 780G has a new triple ISP, named Spectra 570. It can shoot simultaneously from three cameras which means you can shoot from the zoom, wide, and ultrawide lenses at a single moment. Moreover, you can record 4K HDR and HDR10+ videos, courtesy of the advancement of the newest chipset.
Qualcomm’s press release says, “it has a new low-light architecture powering professional quality photos in any lighting condition”.
The AI performance of the SD 780G will be boosted up to 12 TOPs, credit goes to its 6th gen AI Engine, the Hexagon 770. In terms of connectivity, there will be some big upgrades as well, such as Wi-Fi 6 (speeds up to 3.6Gbps), Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.2, 5G connectivity, and so on. As of now, it is not confirmed by which smartphone this new chipset from Qualcomm will make its debut, but the rumors are saying that it is going to be the Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G.
The current Sporting director of Bologna, Walter Sabatini was working for Roma when he scouted Erik Lamela, who was at River Plate and brought him to Roma. Lamela joined Roma in 2011 for a fee worth €17 million before moving to Tottenham in 2013 for €30 million. He has been with the London club ever since.

Liverpool midfielder Gini Wijnaldum has been the subject of rumours stating that a potential move to Barcelona is basically done, and the Spanish giants have agreed on all terms with the player. This is due to him being out of a contract at the end of the season, and there are no signs of it being renewed even as of this point.
Speaking on the topic on the Here We Go podcast, Fabrizio Romano and Francesco Porzio stated that nothing was, in fact, ‘done’ and that nothing has been signed.
Barcelona are in the process of changing everything. The Blaugrana have a new President in the form of Joan Laporta, alongside a new board who have the responsibility of fixing everything. Ronald Koeman’s future as Barcelona coach next season is still not set in stone, and there is a chance that he could be asked to leave at the end of the season.
All that said, Koeman likes Wijnaldum and they know each other well from their time together in the Dutch national team. Barcelona want him and are talking to his agent to make the deal happen, but all that said, they have to plan for the future first, before signing any new players.
Romano further went on to state that there is a 90% chance Wijnaldum will leave. The last talks between Liverpool and the player for a contract extension were held in December, and there is no agreement even at this point in time. While there is a huge chance to see him out of Merseyside, nothing has been decided for sure yet.
