The Milan-Kabak-Milenkovic transfer saga

AC Milan were interested in Schalke’s Ozan Kabak during this past transfer window, according to Fabrizio Romano and Francesco Porzio on the Here We Go podcast on Patreon.

The player ultimately ended up joining Premier League champions Liverpool on deadline day in what is being reported as an initial six-month loan deal with an option to buy at the end of the season.

Another deal out of Milan was apparently linked with this one, according to the Italian transfer insiders. Had city rivals Inter Milan sold their centre-back option Milan Skriniar to Tottenham Hotspur during the summer, they would have bought Ozan Kabak for sure.

But the player stayed so there was no deal on the table for Ozan Kabak from either Milan club. No January move for Skriniar will be considered by the Nerazzurri either.

Milenkovic of Fiorentina was another option for Inter Milan because his contract expires in one year and he won’t extend his current deal at the club. He will also be one to keep an eye out for in the summer, according to the transfer insiders on their podcast.

AC Milan turned their attention later to Mohamed Simakan of Strasbourg, but the Frenchman got injured and later chose to join RB Leipzig. The Rossoneri then chose to sign Chelsea’s Fikayo Tomori on an initial loan deal with an option to buy at the end of the spell.

Neymar to sign a new contract with PSG confirmed

0

Paris Saint-Germain star Neymar is all set to extend his contract with the French Champions after years and years of speculation regarding the Brazilian’s future, with the player being linked back to Barcelona almost every single transfer window since his infamous snubbing of Barcelona for the Parisians in a world record deal.

Speaking on the player on the Here We Go podcast on Patreon, Fabrizio Romano and Francesco Porzio provided an update which put every PSG fan at ease, confirming that Neymar is in fact, very close to an agreement with the club regarding a new contract and will extend his stay till the next four years.

The club recently dismissed Thomas Tuchel and appointed former Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino, and the word out is that the Brazilian is very happy with his fellow South American at the club, and is also very impressed with the project that he finds at the club.

Romano and Porzio also commented on the fact that something seems to have changed in the player, and guessed that it was probably the effect of experience on the player that has changed his stance on PSG.

The transfer insiders also asserted that Neymar was not joking when he said he saw playing alongside former Barcelona teammate Lionel Messi as a goal for the new year. The Parisians are one of the only few clubs in the world who actually have the financial backing to move for Lionel Messi if, or, when his contract expires with Barcelona this summer.

The new contract tying Neymar down to Paris for the foreseeable future is set to be announced in the next few weeks.

AMD will be loyal to TSMC only, no Samsung for 3nm or 5nm: Report

0

There have been many rumours that AMD might switch to Samsung for next 3nm process nodes or even 5nm as well, however, as Digitimes has recently reported that seems untrue according to the Taiwan industry. These kind of rumours were obvious as AMD is short of supply for various products, thanks to TSMC’s supply shortage.

The industry observers in Taiwan say AMD is very unlikely to make such a move. When all of these are flagged as rumours, AMD’s final decision will depend on its bet in its upcoming products including CPUs, GPUs and APUs.

The main reason why AMD is not switching from TSMC to Samsung Electronics, despite its ongoing tight supply of processors is due mainly to ABF substrate shortages rather than insufficient capacity support from its current foundry partner.

As AMD CEO, Dr Lisa Su previously mentioned that it is not the problem of the foundry but a global shortage that should continue till H1 2021. Even giants like NVIDIA are hard to keep up with the immense demand; however, AMD needs 7nm nodes for various products that have launched almost all at once.

However, AMD’s main concern could be on the 5nm process node as major players like Apple are counting on TSMC. On the other hand, Intel is rumoured to be in talks with the Taiwanese foundry for outsourcing some advanced nodes as well, so, AMD’s ultimate decision will totally depend on TSMC’s situation until the first half of 2021.

Wizards’ Bradley Beal passes Michael Jordan for the longest streak of 25-point games to start the season

0

Washington Wizards star Bradley Beal has had a highly productive and historic start to this year’s NBA season. So far, Beal has played in 17 games for Washington and has scored a minimum of 25 points in each one. On Wednesday, Beal surpassed Michael Jordan for the record of most consecutive 25-plus point games to start a season since 1988-1989.

Beal is leading the entire NBA in scoring on the season with an average of 35 points per game. In his latest brilliant performance, he poured in 32 points as the Wizards overcame the Miami Heat 103-100, despite Russell Westbrook being rested on the second half of a back-to-back.

Unfortunately for Beal, his huge offensive output has not led to a lot of victories for Washington, as they sit near the bottom of the Eastern Conference with a 5-13 record. Last week, Beal became the first player in the history of the league to lose 10 consecutive games in which he scored 40 points.

On surpassing legend Michael Jordan’s record, Beal said, “To pass him is always a great feeling, it’s something you always put in your accolades, but at the same time it felt even better getting it in a win.”
“It was a milestone in a lot of fashions tonight and so I was happy we got the dub overall but to pass Michael means a lot.”

The all-time record is held by Wilt Chamberlain, who scored a minimum of 25 points in all 80 games of the 1961-62 regular season.

Wizards coach Scott Brooks said,” When I think of Brad two things come to mind: winner and toughness. A lot of times just because a guy has a high scoring average they don’t want to say that he’s an all-round player, that he’s tough, but he’s a winning basketball player and we’re not winning enough right now.”

The Power of Mobile Phone Technology

0

The mobile phones that we all carry around in our pockets have changed a lot over the past decade, and certainly even more so over the past two decades. The way in which mobile technology has improved has been staggering, so much so that we can now use these small, pocket devices to run our entire lives if we choose to.

From hobbies such as casino gaming, with sites like those listed on https://luckydice.in/ through to important aspects of life such as banking, we all trust these devices enough to run our finances through them. Gone are the days when people are concerned about who they give their details to, we now live in a world where convenience rules and regardless of the task, we are happy to use our mobile phones to complete it.

How Mobile Internet Has Gained Our Trust

One of the main reasons why we have all now turned to our mobile phones is because we trust them and the mobile internet connections they come with. We don’t feel the need to find wi-fi or feel like we should keep big moves to a computer, just in case our phone lets us down.

Not only has mobile internet improved in terms of the speeds we are getting, but it is also far more secure and stable than ever before. The worldwide 5g rollout will take a long time until it is complete, but when that arrives, our mobile internet connections will take another big leap forward.

Any transaction involving money can be, and is, completed on a mobile device. Even hobbies where many transactions take place, such as casino gaming, are now finding their feet on mobile devices. Every time you spin the roulette wheel or play on a slots game you are spending money, with deposits and withdrawals on top of that. The trust we all now have in mobile phones and mobile internet is apparent when you see how popular something like mobile casino gaming has become.

The Future of Mobile Technology

Anyone who reads the latest news about smartphones will know that this is full of different advancements and new technologies being used by big companies such as Apple and Samsung.

These companies are putting millions into development, all in the hope of finding something first that their competitors don’t have, something that could make them stand out as being the best provider.

While this competition remains in place, the future of mobile technology is extremely strong and we can expect to see a lot of new features added to phones on a yearly basis. As we have seen for the past few years when these new features arrive, people are quick to try them out and use them, and developers of apps are quick to take full advantage of what is on offer too.

Therefore, when something new arrives on the scene, expect it to be on your device quick, and then utilised as best as it possibly can be by one of the app developers who you currently have on your phone.

We know AMD will be launching its mid-range Radeon RX 6700 series of GPUs in the coming months and Gigabyte has just confirmed it. Also, it has confirmed that the Radeon RX 6700 XT will feature 12GB GDDR6 memory like the upcoming RTX 3060.

Gigabyte has sent six models, including AORUS, Gaming and Eagle custom graphics cards to Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC). Here are the names of these GPUs:

Gigabyte submits upcoming Radeon RX 6700 XT graphics cards to EEC

Seeing the list of AMD GPUs, most probably, AMD is not planning to launch its RX 6700 XT and non-XT at the same time. In fact, Videocardz believes that as the list of GPUs have been spotted early this month, so AMD could even launch the RX 6700 XT GPU as early as this month itself.

Although AMD announced the new Ryzen 5000 series mobile processors in CES 2020, it did not eventually launch the Radeon RX 6700 series GPUs. So, AMD told they will launch more RDNA 2 GPUs eventually in the first half of 2021, however, the rumours suggest towards a possible March launch date for the RX 6700 XT.

Some sources suggest that the Radeon RX 6700 XT GPU will come with a 192-bit bus interface. The AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT could feature Navi 22 XT GPU with 2560 stream processors or 40 Compute Units. It will offer 1440p gaming while the higher-end Navi 21 products are 4K gaming cards.

OPPO Reno5 Lite 5G finally appeared on TENAA certification

A few days ago Oppo has launched its Oppo Reno5 Pro 5G smartphone and current reports are saying that Oppo is working on another Reno5 smartphone, named Oppo Reno5 Lite 5G. This phone has already appeared on TENAA‘s certification website (via) with a model number PELM00 from which we’ve come to know some of its key details and specifications.

As per the listing, the Oppo Reno5 Lite 5G runs on the Android 11 OS (chipset has not been revealed). Regarding the display, it has a 6.43-inch panel (as per listing) which is expected to be an AMOLED one as we are not able to locate its fingerprint reader neither on the rear side nor on the edge.
