Is Sadio Mane holding Liverpool back?

0

Sadio Mane is now a shadow of his former self, with the Liverpool winger being an invisible man in their loss to Real Madrid in the Champions League. The Senegalese forward failed to register a single shot, didn’t win any defensive tackles despite his involvement tracking back, and also failed to create any chances for the Merseysiders in their loss against the Spanish club.

Mane began the season well, scoring four goals in four appearances but things then took a turn for the worse, and the winger has only managed to score thrice in his 23 league games since then. His ability to create chances also seems to have evaporated, with the player only assisting six goals across all competitions this season.

One of the main reasons behind this drop in form could be fatigue. In comparison, Diogo Jota has been firing on all fronts and is arguably the most prolific attacker for the Reds. The Portuguese looks fast and energetic, and that is something that Mane clearly seems to be lacking right now.

Lingering after effects from contracting COVID could also be another explanation for his physical struggles. There has been no indication that Liverpool will want to do away with the 28-year-old due to his recent struggles, and clubs like Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain, who were previously interested in the player, will now surely steer clear of any links.

While it could be a dry spell, it has been going on for a little too long considering Mane is one of the best attackers in Europe, and Liverpool truly need their number 10 back in full form if they are to turn things around in the second leg against Real Madrid and also finish in the top four in the Premier League.

Google accidentally displays upcoming ‘Pixel Buds A’

0

It seems like the email sent by Google revealed an interesting image of the upcoming brand earbuds. We are talking about an email push to Google Nest owners’ accounts that revealed a small image of the Pixel Buds A in it. The image can be seen below. In that image, we can see the earbud is displayed in dark green colour and it also resembles the earbuds that were first spotted by 9to5Google. In the email push, we can see that earbuds are categorized under Accessories.

The Pixel Buds A was also spotted on the FCC website with model numbers GPQY2 and G7YPJ. These two models’ numbers might be resembling the left and right earbuds of the same Pixel Buds A. The dimensions mentioned in the listing show some similarities with the previous generation Google Pixel Buds. This earbud seems to have an elongated case design and the buds can be seen with a total dark green color on them.

The previous generation Google Pixel Buds showed some frequent dysconnectivity issues and this might be fixed in the upcoming Pixel Buds. The cover seems to be totally white while the inner colour of the case matches the colour of the earbuds. There seems to have a LED indicator in green colour on the case to indicate the charge of the whole case along with the buds.

Apple iPad Mini 6 ‘s 3D models feature Touch ID similar to older models

The Apple iPad Mini was refresh with the current model last year and this year also we are hoping to see the iPad Mini 6. The launch event has not been confirmed yet but some 3D models of the alleged iPad Mini 6 tablet have been spotted by David of @ xleaks7 and it shows some similar design with the previous generation. Years are passing but Apple is barely changing its smartphone and tablet models.

Coming to the render of the 3D model, the dimensions are very similar to those leaked a few months ago by the CAD-based renderings, which were 203.2 x 134.8 x 6.25 mm, making it almost analogous to the iPad Mini 2019 model. If you look closely in the video the design is a bit confusing as well. The iPad Mini seems to have a thinner bezel at all sides, but the fingerprint scanner at the bottom rests above that apparent bezel which contradicts the whole idea of putting the round fingerprint button over the bezel.

The 3D model of the iPad Mini also shows a rounded corner. There are volume rocker buttons and a SIM tray on the right side and at the top, we can see the power button and a 3.5mm audio jack. The bottom has dual speaker grills on either side of the charging port. We can also see the Apple logo at the back and a single camera just like the previous generation iPad Mini 2019 model.

NBA Ball Stars – The Mobile Puzzle Game has been launched by Netmarble and Kung Fu Factory

0

NBA Ball Stars has been launched by Netmarble, which is a free-to-play puzzle-based mobile basketball game developed by the recently purchased Kung Fu Factory studio of the company.

The game is now available on Android and iOS. The fast-play of the game and the franchise-building strategy are aimed at general sports fans, every casual gamer, and players of all levels.

As its cover athlete, the game highlights 2019-2020 NBA Rookie of the year, Ja Morant, as it is licensed from both the National Basketball Player’s Association (NBPA) and National Basketball Association (NBA).

“We saw that if we could make the game very casual, with a focus on the increasingly popular sports genre, it could be very appealing to mobile gamers,” said Netmarble US president Simon Sim said in an interview with GamesBeat.

“Mobile gaming is bigger and bigger, and the gender diversity is increasing as well,” Sim said. “We think that mobile games appeal to wider age and gender groups, and the same is true for sports games. So, we looked for a casual gaming mechanic, and we found it with the puzzles. We think that casual NBA games will easily catch on to our games.”

The NBA game is a strategic part of Netmarble to make the game more popular in Japan, Europe, and North America. In 2020, the company’s revenue was more than 70% outside South Korea.

In the game, players are able to power up their roster by bursting gems, increasing both defensive and offensive skills, and unlocking their signature moves. Players need to train their stars and use the formation system to bring the ideal lineups.

Cheapest places in the World to buy iPhone in 2021

The iPhone 12 Series has been priced reasonably in countries such as the U.S. and UAE. However, India is one of the most expensive countries to buy an iPhone due to the tax system, import duties levied on these smartphones, and a weak rupee conversion; their prices have increased to insane levels.

The Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max is available in the U.S. at almost the same price as the 12 Pro is available in India! Isn’t that disappointing for us?

You can save up to Rs. 43,000 while buying the iPhone 12 Pro Max from countries such as the UAE or the U.S. An analysis by India Today revealed that the cost of flight tickets to Dubai, hotel rent, and an iPhone 12 Pro Max will cost you lower than the device itself purchased in India.

Here are a few countries where you can buy the iPhone at the cheapest rates.

1. United States of America

In the USA, the tax system is a little complicated as all states in the country have different taxes for different commodities. The price of the iPhone 12 Mini can range from 699$ to around 750$ in the country that is still much lower than that in India.

We can take the cheapest case as Hampshire, there are almost no taxes, implying that you can get the highest model at Rs. 102,000 (approx), while the same is available in India at Rs. 159,999. Moreover, as the US features the largest customer base of Apple and occupies the largest chunk of worldwide sales, Apple keeps the prices quite competitive here.

2. Japan

The iPhone 12 Series is priced the least in Japan with the iPhone 12 Mini (64GB) costs 74800 Yen, which roughly converts to Rs. 50,500, at the time of writing this. These insanely low prices come from the fact that the Japanese market is very important to Apple, the prices here are very low. They need to keep attracting customers in Japan who are looking for a phone at a reasonable price.

3. Canada

The iPhone 12 Series prices in Canada are very similar to their North American counterparts, the U.S. Here, too, there are different taxes for different states and the cheapest iPhone 12 Mini is available at 979 Canadian Dollars, which roughly translates to Rs. 58,000, at the time of writing this. You can save up to Rs. 48,000 for the top-end 512GB variant if you import the iPhone 12 Pro Max from Canada.

4. Dubai

Taxes here in the UAE, one of the richest countries in the world, are negligible. Apple has occupied a major chunk in the UAE market, owing to the affordable prices of the devices in the country. Moreover, due to the country’s rich and stable economy, most of the residents prefer buying an iPhone over any other Android device. The iPhone 12 Pro (128GB) is available at approximately Rs. 84,000, which is almost two-thirds of its cost in India.

5. Australia

If the ultimate iPhone, the 12 Pro Max, is your target, then Australia is the right destination. The phone can be purchased at a starting price of 1849 Australian Dollars, which approximately equals Rs. 1,05,000. The other models, too, are available at lower prices.

Is this the beginning of the rise of Vinicius Junior?

Vinicius Junior’s double against Liverpool has inspired Real Madrid in a comprehensive 3-1 win in the first leg. The Brazilian youngster was an instrumental part of his side’s excellent display on Tuesday.

Vinicius Junior broke the deadlock on the 27th minute capitalizing on Toni Kroos’ exquisite long pass. The Brazilian forward made an excellent run between Liverpool defenders Trent Alexander-Arnold and Nathaniel Phillips, then chested the ball down before firing a low right-footed shot from inside the area past goalkeeper Alisson Becker. Vinicius struck his second of the night in the 65th minute.

The 20-year-old is often criticized for his poor display in some vital matches. Some fans and critics have thought that he should be kept on the bench. But Zidane has some other plans for him. The Real Madrid boss used him again against Liverpool, and he made his mark with a double. He had scored only one goal since October and four in total this season before Tuesday.

After the match, he said, “The people on the outside can keep talking, but I kept on working, that gave me the strength to rise to an important occasion and get the goals we needed.”

It will surely boost up the confidence of the Brazilian. If he continues this form, then it can be beneficial for Real Madrid in this tough week. They will now face Barcelona on Saturday before playing Liverpool in the all-important second leg of the Champions League quarter-final.
