After the debut of the iPhone 14 series, the firm is anticipated to hold another Apple event to introduce new iPad models across the globe. With the release of an entry-level iPad, sometimes known as the iPad 10th generation, Apple is rumored to be updating its iPad portfolio.

New Entry-Level Apple iPad

According to the report, the upcoming entry-level iPad will feature a refreshed design with thinner edges and flat bezels. It will come with a USB-C port and will lack a 3.5mm earphone jack. Furthermore, the device will be powered by the A14 Bionic chip. The low-cost 2022 iPad will also feature support for 5G. Some rumors suggest that the tenth generation iPad could sport a 10.5-inch or 10.9-inch display.

The model will also allegedly support 5G, gain a protruding rear camera bump, and lose the 3.5mm headphone jack. At the same time as updating the entry-level iPad, Apple will also reportedly upgrade the iPad Pro. However, the leaker merely says the chip will be updated from M1 to M2 in the premium tablet line.

Octa partners with Olympic champion Neeraj Chopra

0

New Delhi, 17th August 2022: An investment-focused educational platform Octa recently announced its three-year partnership with Neeraj Chopra, a world-famous Indian athlete. From this year, the Olympic champion will help Octa transform investing into a lifestyle accessible to anyone in India.

Neeraj Chopra is a top-performing athlete and the reigning Olympic champion in the javelin throw. After surgery to remove bone fragments from his elbow in 2019, Neeraj had to go through a difficult sixteen-month recovery period. Through determination and perseverance, he returned to international competition in 2020. Soon, he broke his own national record and made his debut at the Olympics, where he won the gold medal, becoming the first Indian to win a gold medal in athletics.

Neeraj Chopra on Octa

Speaking of things shared by sports and investing, Neeraj Chopra said they both require patience.  ‘I think both things require a lot of patience. Athletes work very hard in training and need to be careful not to rush into competitions before they are completely sure about their bodies’ fitness. With investments, it’s similar, since you can’t rush into things without educating yourself and can’t expect immediate returns.’

Neeraj Chopra

When asked about his thoughts on the collaboration with Octa, Neeraj Chopra said: ‘I’m excited about this collaboration since I feel financial literacy and education about the need for investing is critical for India’s youth. I myself am not as aware of investments as I should be, so I am hoping to use this collaboration with Octa to educate myself and use the platform to spread this awareness among the country’s youth.’

‘We are very excited to partner with Neeraj Chopra, a brilliant athlete who inspires all of us to move forward and reach for new heights. Our collaboration is not only about investments. It’s about trusting professionals on the way to achieving goals. Neeraj instantly came to mind as an outstanding professional who could help us convey this message,’ the Octa press office commented.

Octa is a global people-oriented educational platform where anyone can learn how to benefit from the global market and manage personal finances wisely.

Report: Some Pixel users got Android 12 update instead of Android 13

0

Update:
This was not a mistake. Google did intend to release this Android 12 update, though that caused some confusion since it coincided with the rollout of Android 13. The wording of the update notification will be changed to clear things up. Here is a statement from the company sent to 9to5Google:

On August 15, Pixel devices running an old version of Android 12 received a notification about a previously released Android 12 update with bug fixes. The messaging in the notification was confusing with the timing of Android 13, and is currently being changed for clarity.

This update is separate from the Android 13 release that started to roll out to all supported Pixel devices yesterday and will continue over the next few weeks, depending on the carrier. Users will receive a notification once the OTA becomes available for their device. We encourage users to check their Android version and update to receive the latest software when it is available for their carrier.

Previous story:
Google Pixel is a brand of consumer electronic devices developed by Google that runs either Chrome OS or the Android operating system. What you get is the pristine Android OS the way Google originally designed it, not masked with odd skins, proprietary overlays, or strange UIs. Pixel phones have access to beta software like new OS versions and features.

After a long wait, Google Pixel users can finally get a taste of stable Android 13 running on their devices. But not everyone is receiving the update on launch day. Various consumers from the r/GooglePixel subreddit are reporting that they got an Android 12-based mostly update as an alternative.

Some Pixel users got Android 12 instead of Android 13

According to several Pixel owners online, they’re receiving a prompt to upgrade to Android 12 instead of Android 13. It is not a compact update for both but a pretty significant 2GB download. It appears to be a new update (early July, heading by the version) that involves the July protection patch and a correct for a GPS concern.

But it’s not the Android 13 update that people are expecting. So far there have been studies from Germany and the British Isles, mainly from Pixel 6 and 6 Pro house owners, but it is not restricted to just individuals two. That mentioned, it seems that the problem does not happen all too typically, however, it’s one thing to concentrate on if you happen to use a Pixel.

Some Pixel users got Android 12 instead of Android 13

Some users found a solution – opt-in to the beta channel, which downloads the stable Android 13 release, then opt-out. Continue to, if you are seeing a notification for Android 12 instead of 13, it would be ideal to pause the update and wait a working day or two until finally Google resolves the challenge.
