The Wasp: Quantumania:  Paul Rudd’s Marvel Film Finally Reshoot before premiering

The shooting of Ant-Man and ‘The Wasp: Quantumania‘ was out of the matter, who should not forget the name Paul Rudd, the man once again resumed the shooting of the upcoming show. Marvel Studios is also trying its best to make sure the project has everything to make things successful at the box office. After the weekend, Quantumania lead actor Paul Rudd had been spotted being filmed in Los Angeles for the threequel. 

Given no suit is involved and a public practical set was involved, it’s all but guaranteed these particular pickups were simply to get the right shot for the film rather than some plot-altering changes.

Once in Hollywood, the film was dreaded reshoots as it was often a sign the respective project wasn’t faring well with its studio. However, Marvel Studios scheduled the reshoots before the time to make any required changes to films after screening them for test audiences. 

According to Marvel boss Kevin Feige “‘Reshoots’ was a bad word. ‘Oh this movie’s in reshoots, there must be a problem,'”   

He added, “Reshoots are key to our films, starting with Iron Man. We always say we’re smart filmmakers at Marvel, but we’re not geniuses and the best way to give notes on a movie is to watch the movie. So we make the movie and go, ‘Oh yeah, no that’s not right. That doesn’t work,” and have a system now that can be quite precise and efficient. [Reshoots last] sometimes one day, sometimes fifteen days, sometimes more to continue to go in and make the move the best it can be.”

In this new adaptation, we will see  Paul Rudd as Scott Lang, Evangeline Lilly as Hope Van Dyne, Kathryn Newton as Cassie Lang, Michael Douglas as Hank Pym, Michelle Pfeiffer as Janet Van Dyne, and Jonathan Majors’ Kang the Conqueror as film’s villain.

Marvel’s most awaited film ‘Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania’ is currently scheduled to be released on February 17, 2023.

Byjus refuses to sponsor the Indian cricket team jersey and asks BCCI to give a bank guarantee of Rs 140 crore

India’s jersey sponsors Byjus is considering existing as team India’s jersey sponsor and asked the board to encash them with a Rs 140 crore bank guarantee. Star India on the other hand, who has been broadcasting the matches seemed a discount of Rs. 130 crore that runs till March. The virtual Apex Council meeting lasted over an hour which these important issues were discussed.

As per BCCI, “Only Byju’s and Star India’s issues were discussed in the meeting but that also took well over an hour. It was a serious matter involving millions of dollars so naturally, it took time”

India’s jersey sponsor Byju’s wants the Indian cricket board, BCCI to give them a bank guarantee of Rs. 140 crores to do what they have already promised. The giant ed-tech company has fired a lot of their employees previously and even wishes to lay off about 2500 of their workforce to become more profitable.

Earlier, the board asked the ed-tech company to continue till March 2023 but their agreement is till November 2023. The brand replaced Oppo in 2019 at USD 35 million. They were the sponsors of the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar this year as well.

The Byjus after becoming the jersey sponsor experienced a boom and renewed its partnership in July 2023. Despite having deals from FIFA World Cup and Lionel Messi, the company is thinking of cutting costs. They are paying already more than Oppo by 10%.

On the other hand, the Star is the current holder of the media rights for the Indian cricket team’s home season. The renewal for it will come around March and Star will have to compete with major players.

Byjus requested BCCI termination after India’s T20 World Cup exit. The BCCI extended the timeline by 6 months postponing it till March 2023. However, the brand wants to get out of this deal desperately.

The BCCI earlier lost three big sponsors in the last six months. The BCCI’s domestic rights owner PayTM transferred the deal to Mastercard. Kiltmakers MPL passed its rights to KKCL and MPL transferred the rights to Killer jeans. The brand now sponsors the T20 jersey during their Sri Lanka series.

N’Golo Kante and Chelsea are expected to hold a new round of talks surrounding his contract extension soon. The player is keen on staying since he loves the club, the city and the fans. 

However, the terms need to be favourable for him to continue. And the current feeling is a 50/50 chance for him to be a Chelsea player next season. This is really hilarious, over the course of four seasons, the show has got time to explore the importance of social issues like unveiling gang violence and gentrification.  The series introduces a group of four friends as they have bee navigated the high school in Freeridge has tried to make a life for themselves with cries and fun. The episodes are really very creative as well as a unique spin-off following the teen drama formula.

Presented with the perfect opportunity to get ahead in the title race, Xavi’s men picked up a very important win at the Wanda Metropolitano. They scored at the stadium for the first time in over a thousand days, courtesy of Ousmane Dembele’s match-winning goal.

Benfica are under investigation for match fixing for the period between 2016 and 2020. The current investigation arises from prosecutors having access to emails which showcase that the club benefited from fraudulent activities. 

Luis Filipe Vieira, the former president, resigned after being arrested for charges relating to tax evasion, aggravated fraud, forgery and money laundering. He was also accused of embezzling funds, alongside a fellow defendant, totalling around £2m.

‘Taking into account the news made public today, Sport Lisboa e Benfica – Futebol SAD confirms that it appeared in court on January 3, as well as, among others, the members of the Board of Directors from 2016 to 2020 and who are currently in office,’ the club’s brief statement reads. 

‘Benfica SAD will not comment further as the trial is under legal secrecy. Benfica expresses its total willingness to collaborate with the competent authorities, as has always happened up to now.’ 

After the dismissal of Luis Filipe Vieira, Rui Costa was named the new president of the club. The priority for the club was to enter a new era of transparency and accountability. And a year and a half after Costa’s time as president, he is one of those under investigation for match fixing.

Reliance Jio has unveiled the world’s first prepaid 5G data plan. The recently released package offers 6GB of data, after which speeds would drop to 64kbps, and it comes with the same validity as your current plan. The data pack costs Rs 61 and is compatible with the prepaid plans priced at Rs 119, Rs 149, Rs 179, Rs 199, and Rs 209.

The services will be offered at the same price as 4G pricing, and later, new plans will be announced on the teleservice provider’s official website. The plans are location-specific and will be presented in tier-wise order based on the number of users.

Dizo first introduced watch D in June, and Watch D Plus was then introduced in November. Featuring a Dizo D1 chipset, Dizo OS, and Bluetooth calling capability, the Realme TechLife brand unveiled the Watch D Ultra and Watch D Pro.

A square 1.85″ display and one physical button on the side are included with the Pro version. The display offers a 60Hz refresh rate and can be as bright as 600 nits. The gadget features an aluminium frame and sensors for blood oxygen level, heart rate, sleep, and step tracking.

According to the advertising for the D1 chipset, it has a separate GPU and 4 times more RAM on the side to deliver smooth scrolling, improved animation, and “other amazing features.” The Dizo OS now supports more watch faces, has additional functionality, and can be further customized.
