As per reports, Black Shark is expected to launch the Black Shark 4 series by March of 2021. We can expect this as last year in March, the company had released its two gaming smartphones such as Black Shark 3 and Black Shark 3 Pro. Luo Yuzhou, CEO of Black Shark technology has recently hinted at the arrival of the upcoming Black Shark phone.
Luo Yuzhou has particularly used the word “invincible” while talking about the upcoming Black Shark gaming phone. Earlier, when Qualcomm launched its Snapdragon 888 flagship chipset, the CEO had claimed that the Black Shark will be one of the first smartphones to be powered by the Snapdragon 888 chipset. So, there is a very high possibility that the upcoming Black Shark gaming phone will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset.

If we check the launches of Black Shark last year, we see that the company had launched two smartphones in 2020. So, it has a high expectation that Black Shark will launch two smartphones as well in 2021. If the upcoming smartphone is the Black Shark 4, then it is expected to be accompanied by its pro variant, named Black Shark 4 Pro. As per a recent leak, the upcoming Black shark phone is codenamed “Emperor”. Some rumors are also saying that the name of the upcoming device could be the Black Shark 5 as number ‘4’ is considered to be a bad omen in the country that they might skip the number 4 in its upcoming lineup.
As of now, the company has not revealed any of its other specifications. But as it is expected to be powered by the flagship chipset of SD 888, this phone could arrive with a better design with faster-charging capabilities and top-class performance.
