The renowned gaming smartphone company Black Shark has officially announced its new handsets in the new form of the Black Shark 4 series. These handsets line up has contained a total of two devices which are named Black Shark 4 and Black Shark 4 Pro. This device has incredible designs, awesome specifications, and fantastic features.

Design of Black Shark 4 Series

The Black Shark 4 Series has launched with minimal design when the predecessors are compared with the ASUS ROG Phone 5 series. It also has adopted the latest mechanical shoulder buttons, which utilize magnetic power-lifting.

Specifications and Features

The two set of the device Black Shark 4 and the Black Shark 4 Pro has launched with the similar set of specifications with some little bit of differences here and there. At first, discussed dissimilarities, the Black Shark 4 vanilla is energized by Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC. Another side, the Black Shark 4 Pro is featured by powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC. It has been informed that the non-Pro model reached the maxes at 12GB RAM, where the pro model reaches up to 16GB RAM.

The Black Shark 4 comes with 5500MHz LPDDR5 storage while the Pro variant launched with a 6400MHz LPDDR5 memory chipset. Both of the sets has manufactured with UFS 3.1 storage, the Pro model not only contained an SSD disk array system but also with the 512GB storage capacity, with the comparison of 256GB on the non-Pro model.

On the optics side, we get an 8MP 120-degree ultra-wide camera, it also has a 5MP macro camera which has an autofocus facility, and also has a 20MP punch-hole selfie camera. While the general model has a 48MP Sony IMX582 sensor, there the Pro version has featured a 64MP Sony IMX686 SENSOR.

There are many similarities compared to the dissimilarities, the smart device flaunts a 6.67-inch FHD+(1080 x 2400 pixels) Samsung E4 Super AMOLED flat display screen. It is also SGS eye protection certified, pressure-sensitive screen support with 144Hz refresh rate, it has the sampling rate with 720Hz multi-finger touch, response display with 8.3ms multi-finger touch, brightness with 1300 nits peak, DC Dimming, MEMC, and 111% DCI-P3 color gamut.

There are also a lot of features of the Black Shark 4 series that is included with dual stereo speakers, headphone jack of 3.5mm, linear vibration motor along with Z-axis, liquid cooling system, JOYUI 12.5 based on Android 11 with the huge amount of gaming features, 4500mAh battery, fast charging with 120W, and two Type-C USB ports.

It has been informed that the Black Shark 4 has launched in five colors like Magic Mirror Black, Ink Sea Black, Lingguang Gray, Storm Blue, Sakura Dance Pink), it measures 163.83 x 76.35 x 9.9mm in dimensions, and weighs 210g. The Black Shark 4 Pro has exactly the same dimensions but it weighs 220g and available in four colors like Suikong Black, Prism Gray, Ink Sea Black, Zhan Yuqing.

Price and Availability

This Black Shark 4 series will be retailed with the price for 6GB +128GB of $384, 8GB + 128GB of $414, 12GB + 128GB of $460, 12GB + 256GB of $506.

The Black Shark 4 Pro series is available with the price for 8GB+256GB of $614, 12GB+ 256GB of $691, 16GB + 512GB of $814.

Recently, this smartphone is up for pre-order in China and the first sale of this device is scheduled for 26th March in the country. The Black Shark will be available globally very soon.
