Two foreign suspects trespassed on CORTIS’s residence. The agency reported them to police immediately and cooperated with the investigation. At the scene, both admitted they had illegally bought the group’s accommodation address through social media and entered without permission.

Monitoring spans domestic and international communities, portals, social platforms, and streaming sites, supplemented by fan reports. Criticism of the music is fair game; rights violations are not — and repeat offenders will face action regardless of nationality, with no settlement or leniency.

A third section addressed airports and flights, warning against boarding the same flight using illegally obtained ticket details, filming members mid-flight, approaching or touching resting artists, tampering with their in-flight meals, and following them by vehicle after landing. This kind of behaviour has a name in the industry — sasaeng fan conduct — and agencies are increasingly treating it as a criminal matter rather than a fandom quirk.
