BGMI, the popular Battle Royale title’s Indian adaptation, is very close to returning. The community appears to be unsure as teams begin to assemble their lineups whether the title will return in May or not. Battlegrounds Mobile India’s developers, KRAFTON, have not yet offered any commentary on the matter, though.

With the addition of Deepak “SENSEI” Negi and Harshit “MJ” Mahajan, Revenant Esports, one of Asia’s fastest-growing esports organizations, recently announced the signing of two gaming athletes. being ecstatic, Shiva Nandy, the founder of Skyesports, praised Revenant Esports for making these signings, calling it a “great move before the game launch.” The possibility of the game’s return in May has gamers scratching their heads in response to this statement.

On the other hand, the 2.6 Update for PUBG Mobile, the game’s international version, is coming up soon. Players should therefore express interest in the potential lifting of the ban on Battlegrounds Mobile India.

In the meantime, we previously came across several reports suggesting that BGMI would return around May 2023.

These claims and rumors have been circulating nonstop over the past few days. KRAFTON hasn’t yet made any comments or given any indications about this, though. Therefore, it is wise to wait a while before drawing any conclusions.

The report stated that the business has been shut down as of July 2022. Service under (BGMI) is anticipated to start up again in the second quarter. In the last quarter before the service was stopped, BGMI made KRW 30 billion. As the game saw 20,000 sales, it is anticipated that once it resumes, it will help mobile sales pick up. Sales, however, are anticipated to gradually normalize as a result of the company’s stance that it would refrain from marketing in the early stages to avoid upsetting the Indian government.

An earlier report from News 18 about a month prior had surfaced, citing sources that said BGMI was scheduled to return with some limitations and for a short time. This included limiting the number of playtimes allowed, turning the blood from red to green, and making internal changes to the game’s servers.
