Hemanth “Ultron” Sethi, a Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) streamer and competitive player, just left 8Bit Esports. Ultron initially announced his partnership with 8Bit Esports as an esports athlete for their BGMI roster. However, a recent development has revealed that he will no longer be a member of the team. Ultron took to Instagram to share a story about his willingness to explore new options in the esports scene.
Many people are surprised by Ultron’s departure from 8Bit, given his previous affiliations with teams such as Team XSpark, Team Soul, Galaxy Racer, and Team Celtz. Ultron has accomplished a lot in his career, including winning the PUBG Mobile Pro League – South Asia Season 1 and representing his country in the PUBG Mobile World League 2020: East. Ultron is now focused on streaming and video creation for S8UL Esports.
The reason for Ultron’s departure from 8Bit has sparked interest and discussion in the BGMI community.
Ultron discussed assembling 8Bit’s BGMI lineup with Vishwas “Juicy” Battoo, “Beast,” and Dhruv “Madman” Gaur on one of his live streams. He also teased the inclusion of “Mighty,” which was eventually verified. Team 8Bit has been taking part in a variety of BGMI contests, including the Skyesports Championship 2023 and other forthcoming competitions.
Ultron, on the other hand, has left 8Bit and is looking for other chances, according to Ultron’s recent Instagram story. Mrinmoy “Mercy” Lahkar and Lokesh “Goldy” Jain were both intrigued by the news. During one of his live streams, Mercy, a renowned member of S8UL Esports, reacted to Ultron’s narrative. He revealed that Ultron has opted not to continue working with 8Bit due to a lack of synergy in the lineup. Mercy also stated that Ultron did not personally notify him of his leaving.
Goldy, S8UL Esports’ co-owner, explained that Ultron spoke with Animesh “Thug” Agarwal, S8UL Esports’ co-owner. Mercy went on to say that Ultron had resumed practicing once the game resurfaced, but there appeared to be a large gap between Ultron and Harmandeep “Mavi” Singh, with whom he had been playing.
Meanwhile, during one of his live streams, Indian esports commentator Zishan “Mazy” Alam hinted that Ultron, along with Mavi, would join Global Esports. Given that Global Esports has just revealed Mavi for their BGMI team, with more players still to be revealed, this is a distinct possibility.
