Barcelona are moving ahead with their list of free agent signings for the summer transfer window. The Spanish giants are close to finalising the deal for Andreas Christensen from Chelsea, with talks between the two in advanced stages.

According to Fabrizio Romano, the deal involving the Danish centre-back is set to be completed soon. The player has refused a contract renewal from Chelsea, and will be moving away from England out of respect for the Blues, being one of their academy graduates.

The Blaugrana are also in talks with Chelsea captain Cesar Azpilicueta for a free transfer when his deal runs out in June. But, the Spaniard is yet to inform both parties of his final decision.

Ajax’s Noussair Mazraoui is also a transfer target that Xavi and his board are pursuing. The right-back has been offered a salary worth €3.7 to 4 million, which could extend to €5 million including add-ons. Bayern Munich are also in the race for the player, but Barcelona are ahead of them as of right now.
