Announced by Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee in the Interim Budget 2026, the scheme provides financial support of ₹1,500 per month to individuals who have completed secondary school, until they secure employment — for a maximum of five years.

The scheme is administered under the Sports and Youth Services Department and uses the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) route to deposit funds directly into Aadhaar-linked bank accounts.

Who Got the Money First?

Why Some Accounts May Face Delays
Not everyone will receive money at the same time. Delays happen when:
