Apple’s macOS 11.4 brings support for the AMD GPUs

According to recent sources, Apple will be releasing its macOS Big Sur 11.3 next week alongside the upcoming iOS 14.5, tvOS 14.5, and more. But we already got to see what’s in store for us with the first developer beta of macOS Big Sur 11.4 ahead of macOS 11.3 release next week. Sources indicate that the Cupertino giant will bring support for AMD GPU with the forthcoming macOS Big Sur 11.4 release.

So for those wanting to try the latest beta update via over-the-air, make sure that you have installed the proper configuration profile from the Apple Developer Center. You can download the macOS 11.4 beta through the Software Update mechanism in System Preferences. Though we have seen and heard about many new features in macOS 11.3, however, nothing beats the support for AMD GPUs in macOS Big Sur 11.4.

According to sources, macOS 11.3 will feature new sorting options in the Reminders app and it will also bring support for PlayStation 5 DualSense controller and Xbox Series X and Series S controllers, autoplay in Apple Music, and much more features.

macOS Big Sur 11.4 beta 1 has a size of 3GB and comes with a build number of 20F5046g. more details will be shared upon the release of the beta version, until then stay tuned.
