Apple is facing another Lawsuit due to the Faulty iPad that caused a house fire

One of the most renowned smartphone company Apple is experiencing another lawsuit. The company issued this time for a faulty iPad, which might become a reason for the fire in a house. This lawsuit had filed by the law firm de Luca Levine.

It has been informed from PhoneArena about an incident that occurred at Macaluso’s resident in Milford. The insurance company, Allstate Insurance, has paid all the expenditure of repairing the damage caused by the fire, it has cost around 142,000 US Dollars. This insurance company is represented by de Luca Levine who is also suing the Cupertino-based giant to reimburse the insurer’s all payout. The lawsuit has drawn the allegation that the fire was caused due to malfunctioning of electrical/battery system of the Apple iPad.

With this, it has also added the complaint that Macaluso had not misused, or altered it beyond anticipated handling and function intended by Apple. The accused is went on the iPhone maker of selling a faulty product to the customers. The case was filed in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County. Earlier this month, Pennsylvania was moved to a federal district court this week.

Before this case company is already facing a similar kind of lawsuit case, in this case, the company is also stuck, the case also revolves around a man who is suffering due to a fire caused by another iPad’s defective battery, which created a spark. On the other side, it has also seen that cases resembling on the lawsuit, though all these cases are very rare. These devices are powered by Lithium-ion batteries which are known to be volatile, it is expected that in the future devices are shifted to graphene cells, if this process has occurred then it will be better for conducting heat. It is expected that the company will take care of these issues so that users can buy and use iPad safely.
