Is it Worth Buying an iPhone 15 Under ₹65,000?

The iPhone 15 was launched in India with a base price of ₹79,990 for its 128GB storage variant. Now, during the ongoing sale, the iPhone is available at ₹63,999, which is a ₹15,991 direct discount. Moreover, you can also avail of a 10% discount of ₹2,250 on EMI and ₹1,750 with full Payment. It’s worth noting that there’s a 15 percent interest on EMI payments. This translates to a potential purchase price of ₹61,749 (excluding ₹99 for packaging and ₹49 for handling charges).

The iPhone 15 is vastly superior to its predecessor – the iPhone 14, and the improvements justify the price difference. First and foremost, the Dynamic Island appears for the first time, previously being an exclusive feature to the iPhone 14 Pro models. The notch dynamically changes its shape based on incoming notifications, which gives the new flagship a modern appearance, as opposed to the old one that had a wide notch. The smartphone uses an A16 Bionic chipset that is designed to withstand the most complex chores and games in the App Store.

The 48MP camera sensor is new; indeed, it significantly improves the quality of photos taken, especially in poorly lit conditions. Their colors are Black, Blue, and Green. It is important to mention that the iPhone 15 is equipped with a familiar 60Hz display since 120Hz panels are present in most Android smartphones. Therefore, it might be reasonable to check the OnePlus 12 and iQOO 12 with a chipset like Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3.
