Apple has at last released its Apple Devices, Apple Music, and apps for Windows computers. After several months in the preview stage, these Windows apps are now being made available as stable versions.
Apple officially announces Apple Music, TV, and Devices Apps for Windows
The three apps, along with a redesigned iCloud for Windows client, are intended to wean Windows users off of iTunes, according to MacRumors. For Windows users only, iTunes is necessary to access podcasts and audiobooks if they utilize Apple TV, Apple Music, and Apple Devices.
These programs, which were discovered by MacRumors, now give Windows users an experience similar to that of Macs, with each app existing independently of Macs.
Since the preview versions of these applications were made available in January 2023, Apple has continued to make updates to them.
The Apple Music program for Windows allows users to access their iTunes library and purchases, as the name implies. Additionally, users will be able to play the movies and TV series that were stored in their iTunes using the Apple Music app.
In a related development, Apple researchers have unveiled MGIE (MLLM Guided Image modifying), an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered application for modifying photographs that can be used with straightforward text directions. According to the preprint paper, it can perform local adjustments, global optimization, and Photoshop-style edits.
