Official: Al Hilal Sign Crysencio Summerville from West Ham United in £60m Deal

One of the summer transfer window’s most surprising moves is now confirmed. Al Hilal have completed the signing of winger Crysencio Summerville from West Ham in a deal worth up to £60m. Who is Crysencio Summerville?

Born on 30 October 2001 in Rotterdam, Netherlands, Crysencio Summerville is a Dutch professional winger who stands at 1.74m. He is of Surinamese descent, a background shared by many talented Dutch footballers who have represented both club and country at the highest level.

He joined the famous Feyenoord academy as a child and spent more than a decade developing at Varkenoord, one of the most respected youth systems in Dutch football. In 2020, Summerville made a bold decision by leaving the Netherlands and joining Leeds United.
