Ahead of the ICC World Cup which commenced on October 05, 2023, Opensignal examined mobile network experience across all the stadiums to assess the performance of Indian mobile operators. On the 5G network specifically, Airtel delivered the best experience with voice apps across all the stadiums.
According to the report, Airtel was found to be the top performer among all mobile operators in terms of the quality of live video streaming in India’s 40 largest cities. This includes both the overall live video experience and specifically for 5G live video experience in most of these cities.
