Classplus Launches Polaris School of Technology to Revolutionize Indian Tech Education

Cutting-Edge Curriculum and Hands-On Experience

Polaris School of Technology offers students an unparalleled blend of classroom learning and hands-on industry experience. The program features specializations in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning, meeting the highest standards of tech education. Mukul Rustagi and Bhaswat Agarwal launched PST to bridge the gap between industry requirements and the job preparedness of traditional BTech graduates.

Mukul Rustagi, Co-founder of Classplus and Polaris School of Technology, stated, “At Polaris, we are committed to nurturing the next generation of tech leaders. Our unique approach combines rigorous academic learning with real-world experience, ensuring that our graduates are not only skilled but also industry-ready. We believe that PST will set a new standard for tech education in India and globally.”

Work-Integrated Learning Model

The program at PST is based on a work-integrated degree model, focusing on 5000 hours of live coding to ensure students gain hands-on experience from day one. Internships start from the second year, providing practical experience and industry exposure. The faculty includes top IIT alumni, tech leaders, CTOs, and founders, offering 1:1 mentorship and guidance.

Fostering Entrepreneurship

Beyond the classroom, PST fosters a spirit of entrepreneurship through its in-house incubator, Polaris Tech Combinator, where students can launch and pitch their tech startups and potentially raise seed funding of up to $10,000. Students also have opportunities to shadow CXOs from leading tech companies, participate in hackathons and live projects, and join tech communities like Web3 and GenAI.

Prime Location and Immersive Campus Experience

Located in Bengaluru, the tech hub of India, PST offers an immersive campus experience with easy access to leading global tech companies. The corporate campus is designed to inspire professional growth, modeled after US-based masters programs where networking is a core curriculum component.

Scholarships and Financial Aid

For the upcoming batch, PST has introduced several first-of-their-kind scholarships, offering students up to a 100% waiver on program fees. These include merit-cum-need and merit-based waivers, and scholarships for tech entrepreneurs and women in tech. These initiatives underscore PST’s commitment to making quality tech education accessible to deserving students regardless of their financial background.
