However, first, let us understand what is a QLED TV and how it is better than a LED TV.
What is QLED TV?
A QLED TV, short for Quantum Dot Light Emitting Diode TV, represents a television display technology pioneered by Samsung. By utilizing quantum dots – minuscule semiconductor particles – QLED TVs boost colour accuracy and brightness of the screen. These tiny particles emit vibrant and precise colours when exposed to light, resulting in a more lifelike and accurate colour reproduction compared to traditional LED TVs. Furthermore, QLED technology enables better backlight control, enhancing contrast ratios and achieving deeper blacks. As a result, QLED TVs are renowned for their exceptional picture quality, vivid colours, and advanced display capabilities.
How is a QLED TV better than a LED TV?
A QLED TV utilizes quantum dots, which are tiny semiconductor particles that emit specific colours when exposed to light. These quantum dots enhance colour accuracy, brightness, and HDR performance in comparison to standard LED TVs. As a result of this innovative technology, QLED TVs offer a more immersive and captivating viewing experience with richer and more vibrant colours, improved contrast levels, and an overall enhanced visual quality as opposed to traditional LED TVs.
