The upcoming Season 4 of Fall Guys will feature a sci-fi theme and will be called Fall Guys 4041. Because it is set in the year 4041 – a time of rocketships, space travel, and robots if the recent promos of this battle royale game show anyhow true. One level has been revealed among the seven new Seasons 4, and it is called Skyline Stumble.
Skyline Stumble is a map of 60 players that will feature pinball flippers or in the language of Fall Guys “Flippity Bippities”, as well as “Chonky Buttons”, “Spicy Light Swingers” and the more traditionally named low-gravity-zones and forcefields. Though they could redub Home Domies and Floaty Go-Byes.
A few new costumes are coming to the new season of Fall Guys 4, such as a disco mirrorball, a man in black with a brain slug, and a shark. On March 15, the release date of Season 4 will be announced, when a double fame point event starts.
Regarding the update, the new owner of the studio said Fall Guys “gameplay isn’t changing” and that it is going to continue to support the game across platforms. The developer also informed that they are willing to bring in some features offered in Epic titles Fortnite and Rocket League to Fall Guys including cross-play, squad vs squad modes, and account system.
Mediatonic also raised the game’s topic, potentially adopting a free-to-play model like the aforementioned games of Epic, stating, “Nothing to announce right now!”
