OPPO K13x India Launch Teased, Expected to Cost Under ₹15,000

OPPO has officially begun teasing the upcoming launch of the OPPO K13x in India. The new model will succeed last year’s OPPO K12x, which debuted in India in July with a starting price of ₹12,999.

Like its predecessor, the OPPO K13x is likely to be released in the budget bracket as well. While there is no word on the K13x launch plans or specifications from OPPO, an exclusive image of the retail box of the phone has emerged through industry sources. The Indian price range of the OPPO K13x has also been rumored.

The retail box image shows the front design of the phone, which confirms a flat display with rounded corners and a punch-hole cutout for the front camera in the top center. While there are no official teasers posted by OPPO itself, the phone’s silhouette is visible in the brand’s own teaser image. According to industry insiders, the OPPO K13x is slated to launch in India this month. If this timeline holds, the official launch date should be announced shortly. The phone is tipped to be priced under ₹15,000, keeping it in line with the budget positioning of the K12x, which launched at ₹12,999.

OPPO has teased that the K13x will feature enhanced durability, a claim that has been backed by industry sources. The phone is also expected to bring “great advancements” over the K12x. While complete specifications remain under wraps, OPPO has confirmed that the K13x will offer a durable build, long-lasting battery life, AI-enhanced cameras, and ultra-fast charging — all key highlights in its segment. The teaser also confirms that the K13x will be available via Flipkart and OPPO’s official website.

Based on official teasers and leaked information, the OPPO K13x is expected to deliver significant upgrades compared to the K12x. For reference, the OPPO K12x featured a 6.67-inch 120Hz display, a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 5G chipset, a 32MP main camera, an 8MP front camera, and a 5,100mAh battery with 67W fast charging.
