Indian smartphone brand Lava International Limited. is finally taking a big step on 7th January 2021. The company has shared the launch date of its new smartphone(s) yesterday which is on January 7. As per reports, the company has recently started making smartphones for other companies and simultaneously maintaining the streak of making its own smartphone. On the event day, we are expecting 4 new smartphones and a fitness band from LAVA.

In a recent teaser video of the upcoming launch event Sunil Raina, President and Business Head of Lava Mobiles, was talking about the upcoming smartphone making stress on these words “never before”, “evolved and dynamic engineering”, “history in the making”, and “proudly Indian”. From the teaser image, we can see that the phone displayed in that image has a center-aligned punch-hole display.

From the past few months, we have noticed the pattern of the smartphone launch by LAVA. This pattern of the company is nothing but targeting the budget segment of the Indian smartphone market. If you want to know LAVA Z1 Pro was launched in India at ₹5,774($78.56) back in July whereas, the recently launched female-centric smartphone LAVA BeU is also a ₹6,888($93) phone that also fairly lies within the budget segment.

Lava to Launch New Smartphones in India on January 7

According to the reports shared by Gadgets360, the company is going to launch four new smartphones and one fitness tracker band. The price range of the upcoming phones was reported to be between ₹5,000 and ₹15,000($68-$203) price bracket. The company has also confirmed that the devices will be available in online stores as well as in offline markets. Now let’s see what will be the offered specifications of the upcoming devices on January 7.
