Realme GT 7 Launched in China with Dimensity 9400+, 7200mAh Battery, OLED Display, and Android 15

The GT 7 by Realme features a tall and vibrant 6.78-inch OLED display with a 1.5K resolution, 144Hz super-smooth refresh rate, and a lightning-fast 2600Hz touch sampling rate. It boasts wide DCI-P3 color gamut support, 4608Hz PWM dimming to reduce eye dryness, and a peak brightness of 6500 nits. The phone is powered by MediaTek’s new 3nm Dimensity 9400+ chipset and complemented with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage for fast and efficient performance.

With a whopping 7,200mAh battery and support for 100W wired fast charging, the iQOO tablets promise hours of use before requiring a plug. The rear features a dual-camera setup with a 50MP Sony IMX896 primary sensor and an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens for photography. A 16MP front-facing camera handles selfies and video calls. The Realme GT 7 ships with Realme UI 6.0 on top of Android 15 pre-installed.

Additionally, the phone features IP68 and IP69 certificates for water and dust resistance, Bluetooth 5.4, an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint reader, an IR blaster, and stereo speakers. Realme is offering the GT 7 in three color variants—Blue, White, and Black—and five storage configurations.

Prices range from 2,599 yuan (around ₹30,600) for the 12GB + 256GB model to 3,799 yuan (roughly ₹44,700) for the high-end 16GB + 1TB variant. The Realme GT 7 will go on sale in China starting April 29, 2025, and is expected to draw attention for its blend of flagship specs and competitive pricing.
