Finally, Nokia has launched its first laptop in India via Flipkart, powered by 10th Gen Intel processors; the new Nokia PureBook X14 is a great option for many people. Nokia has targeted the sweet Rs.50k price segment and has launched its premium ultrabook that weighs just 1.1 kilograms.
As of now only one variant of the laptop has been launched and in the coming days, we can expect more cost-effective models from Nokia. The Nokia PureBook X14 sports a 14-inch Full HD display with support for Dolby Vision for better viewing quality and offers up to 178-degree viewing angle.
The laptop’s narrow bezels of 4.8 millimeters thickness on the sides, the body of the laptop is built out of magnesium-aluminum alloy and has a matte black finish. It weighs around 1.1 kilograms, which is very light, considering the budget, along with a thickness of 16.8 millimeters.
It is quite strange to see the laptop powered by a 10th generation Intel Core i5-10210U processor, i.e., Comet Lake CPU, rather than a modern Ice Lake or Tiger Lake. It is paired with 8GB DDR4 RAM, which can be expanded by up to 16GB, and 512GB SSD storage. For graphics, you have Intel UHD 620 graphics, and for OS, you obviously have Windows 10 Home edition.
For ports, you have 2x USB 3.1, 1x Type-C, and USB 2.0 ports along with a single HDMI port, Ethernet port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. It comes with an HD IR Webcam with Windows Hello support and for connectivity, you have Intel Wireless-AC 9462 with support for Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.1.
The Nokia PureBook X14 has a much needed backlit keyboard with 1.4 millimeters key travel. The laptop sports a respectable 46.7 WHr battery, claiming battery life up to 8 hours on a single charge with a 65W adapter.
