The latest flagship phone performance for January 2025 has been published by AnTuTu, it’s a piece of good news for MediaTek users now the best spot is reclaimed by its Dimensity 9400. Listing first on the list is the Vivo X200 Pro Satellite Edition, which is powered by this chip, which managed to take first place with an average score of 2,896,624, edging out the recent dominance of the Snapdragon 8 Elite.
MediaTek Dimensity 9400 Dominates AnTuTu January Rankings, Beating Snapdragon 8 Elite
The second-place Snapdragon 8 Elite OnePlus Ace 5 Pro posted a score of 2,888,193 points, just behind the 8 Gen 3 powered leader. The 10 Pro+, which scored 2,868,701 points in third place and led in December 2024.
The benchmarking site includes devices that executed at least 1,000 valid runs in the previous month and measures hardware capability across four test types — CPU test, GPU test, memory test, and storage test. The tests replicate real-world tasks to measure performance across multiple conditions. This, however, means that AnTuTu scores say nothing about aspects such as display quality, camera quality, endurance, or software optimization.
In another report, AnTuTu announced that the flagship model, the Realme GT 7 Pro Racing Edition, which aims to deliver solid performance for a competitive price, will score an impressive 3,063,313 points, which is likely based on the good condition of comparable devices but in terms of average performance, this is a high-performance product in line with OnePlus Ace 5 Pro.
