The Electronic Sports Federation of India (ESFI) has officially launched the National Esports Championship (NESC) 2024, paving the way for Indian gamers to represent the nation at the prestigious BRICS Esports Championship (BEC). This international tournament, hosted by the Russian Esports Federation, will take place in Moscow on November 9 and 10, 2024. Gamers across India now have the opportunity to compete and showcase their skills on a global stage.

Registrations Open for Indian Gamers
Registrations for the NESC are now open until Sunday, October 6, offering all Indian citizens the chance to compete in Tekken 8. Participants can play either on PlayStation 5 or PC, with matches starting from October 8. The top two athletes from the NESC will earn the honor of representing India at the BRICS Esports Championship, where they will face off against participants from Brazil, Russia, China, South Africa, Iran, Egypt, Ethiopia, and the United Arab Emirates. The international competition will feature a prize pool of RUB 1,500,000 (approximately INR 13.32 lacs).

The BRICS Esports Championship will be held at the VK Play Arena in Moscow, with the event structured in two stages: a group stage in the round-robin format followed by the playoffs in the Olympic system. The grand finals will take place on November 10, 2024, with spectators watching live as top-tier gamers compete for the ultimate prize.
