Do’s and Don’t’s in solar eclipse:

1. The entire home, including the puja area, is cleaned with Gangajal as soon as the sun eclipse is over.

2. Everyone in the family then takes a bath and changes into clean clothes. The worn-out clothing is cleaned by them.

3. The gods and goddesses in the puja room change into new garments and take a bath once the solar eclipse is over. They are revered, fed, and given the Aarti ritual. By ringing the bell and conch, the eclipse’s negativity is dispelled.

4. As all of these things are connected to the Sun God, you should give away wheat, red garments, red fruits, red flowers, etc. after the puja. During a lunar eclipse, white goods and rice are donated.

5. You ought to wait to prepare or consume meals until after the eclipse. Don’t forget to add some basil leaves. The astrological cures that expectant mothers have utilized for their child’s safety should be thrown out of the house.
