Manchester United winger Antony has recently been linked with a loan move to Fenerbahce for the 24-25 season. Contrasting reports suggest that while there is interest in a loan move, the forward is resistant to the idea and wants to stay at Old Trafford.
The former Ajax player hasn’t had many opportunities so far, playing only a minute of Premier League football this season. However, fans have been very critical of his performances since his £86 million move to the club in 2022.

The winger has only scored 11 goals in 83 appearances for the Red Devils, and is now behind Alejandro Garnacho and Amad Diallo in the pecking order. As a result, he might not get a lot of game time in the current season.
While a move to Turkey would be promising for him, as it would allow him to work under Jose Mourinho, there could still be doubts about his selection. As a result, it looks like a difficult transfer to go through at this stage, especially after Fenerbahce’s recruitment of Filip Kostic and Allan Saint-Maximin.
It remains to be seen if Antony can turn things around at Old Trafford by adding a solid end product to his game as the season goes on.
