West Ham United are confident of signing Carlos Soler from PSG on the coming days. The midfielder was left out of the squad for the Parisians’ 6-0 win over Montpellier in anticipation of his transfer.
The two clubs are confident of finalising an agreement by Monday. Julen Lopetegui and his support staff are eager to get the deal over the line, but will also have to focus on selling some players.

West Ham and PSG have come closer to an agreement in recent hours for the transfer of Carlos Soler.
The Spaniard is now VERY CLOSE to committing with the Hammers.
Optimism is there and the outcome of the transfer is IMMINENT.@sebnonda pic.twitter.com/Td63aJ4TIj
The 27-year-old hasn’t been able to have the desired impact in Ligue 1 since his move from Valencia in 2022 for €18 million. Over the past two seasons, he has played 63 games for the French side, scoring and assisting eight goals across all competitions.
With the arrival of Joao Neves from Benfica, PSG have already agreed a deal with Manchester United to offload Manuel Ugarte. And now, they are close to moving on Soler as well in a bid to shuffle their squad.
It now remains to be seen how things work out for the former Valencia star at his new club once he completes the transfer.
