After being voted the U-19 Euro player of the tournament, Iker Bravo is all set to join Udinese. The teenager is currently with Bayer Leverkusen, but will be leaving to join the Serie A club in the coming days.

Bravo is set to complete the move this week itself, as an agreement is in place between Leverkusen and Udinese for the transfer. The reigning Bundesliga champions will have a 50% sell-on clause, meaning they will receive half of any future fee for the player.

Iker Bravo to sign for Udinese from Bayer Leverkusen

Interestingly, Iker Bravo’s career saw him start out with Barcelona’s fabled La Masia academy before he moved to Leverkusen in 2021. He then returned to join Real Madrid’s Castilla academy team in 2022 before returning to Leverkusen this summer.

The 19-year-old scored two goals in five games at the U-19 Euros, which Spain won. La Roja also won the senior Euros in Germany to cap off a brilliant summer for the country.

After impressing in the UEFA and Spanish Youth League, it now remains to be seen how he takes to senior football if he can break into the first team at Udinese.

When does Iker Bravo’s Leverkusen contract expire?
