Later this year, Google will likely unveil its Pixel 9 lineup. The Google Pixel 9 Pro XL and the Pixel 9 Pro Fold have been spotted on Canada’s Radio Equipment List (REL) website by MySmartPrice recently. We learned nothing about the specs or model numbers from these listings, but they do reveal what Pixel variants we can expect in short order.

More About the Google Pixel 9 Pro XL and Pixel 9 Pro

The Pixel 9 lineup is rumored to consist of four phones, with the usual versions: the Pixel 9, Pixel 9 Pro, Pixel 9 Pro XL, and Pixel 9 Pro Fold. These sightings come a month after the Pixel 9 and Pixel 9 Pro XL were spied in Geekbench’s archives for the first time. Unsurprisingly, these places the Pixel 9 at a very favorable place on Geekbench data as its multi-core and single-core scores were depicted to be 3,313 and 1,653 respectively. However, it did reconfirm the presence of Google’s latest Tensor G4 system-on-chip (SoC), which will be paired to 8GB worth of RAM.

Pixel 9 Pro XL, on the other hand, demonstrated a strong performance with scores of 1,378 and 3,732 which should be considered excellent in single-core and multi-core testing respectively last year from various Geekbench 5.5.1. The development has also given more fire to the rumor that Google may debut a new handset with an in-house designed Tensor G4 SoC and 16GB of RAM potentially on Android 14.

According to these results, Google seems intent on offering a wide range of Pixel devices catering to the varying tastes and tech levels of consumers. With the tech community already buzzing with excitement, anticipation is rife to know more about what else can we expect in terms of detailed specifications, new exotic features and when will Pixel 9 series make it official. Google has also announced it will redefine the market expectations in smartphones with its new Pixel 9 series, offering sleek performance and unbeatable high-end features for an unparalleled user experience.
