ASUS has just taken the wraps off of its new handheld gaming console, the ROG Ally X, with a number of changes that make it seem almost like a brand new console versus its predecessor, the ROG Ally 2. The New ASUS ROG Ally X Handheld
The ROG Ally X is powered by a high-end AMD Ryzen Z1 APU, an 8-core, 16-thread APU which is based on Zen 4-core architecture, one of the most important features of the laptop. This handheld provides gamers with great gaming performance, clocked up to 5.1 GHz, and up to 12 RDNA 3 compute units iGPU built-in.
It also has up to 24 GB of LPDDR5X memory and even a full M.2 slot that can accommodate up to 1 TB of storage, providing plenty of space for gaming libraries.
