Indus Inferno: India's First Nationwide Grassroots eSports Tournament, by SuperGaming

India’s esports scene is set to ignite with the launch of Indus Inferno, a nationwide grassroots esports tournament for the made-in-India battle royale game, Indus. Hosted by SuperGaming, this summer special tournament offers not only prizes and bragging rights but also the chance for players to experience Indus at the highest skill level and emerge as the best in India’s new-generation battle royale.

About Indus

Developed by award-winning Pune-based company SuperGaming, Indus is an Indo-Futuristic battle royale game designed for mobile, PC, and consoles. With pre-registrations already exceeding 10 million on Google Play for Android, it has generated immense interest and anticipation among gamers.

Indus Inferno: The Tournament Schedule

Regional Scrims and Prize Pool

The Indus Inferno tournament kicked off with the Regional Scrims, featuring a prize pool of Rs. 50,000. The excitement was palpable as players from multiple cities across India participated.

Grand Finale

The Indus Inferno Finale is set for June 1st, boasting a lucrative prize pool of Rs. 5,00,000.

Prize Breakdown:

  • Winners: Rs. 2,50,000
  • Runners-up: Rs. 1,00,000
  • Third place: Rs. 75,000
  • Fourth place: Rs. 50,000
  • Most Valuable Player: Rs. 25,000

Open Qualifiers

Player registration for the Open Qualifiers is now open and will end on May 19th. The qualifiers will run from May 20th to May 24th. Only the top 2,000 players from the Inferno in-game Leaderboard are eligible to register. The top 10 winning teams from the Open Qualifiers will earn spots in the Finale, joining invited esports teams for an epic showdown.
