Samsung will have a tough choice to make a decision. The company may opt to use its Exynos 2500 in order to trim costs, but it cannot perform on par with Apple’s rumored new iPad Pro lineup that will utilize the M3 chipset.
Samsung may also have the freedom to utilize Qualcomm’s chipsets, but this would increase costs.
